There's nothing wrong with your guy here, but he may seem less masculine because everything is too delicate.
The nose is very thin, the eyes are angled very sharply and both eyebrows and facial hair are thin/wispy.
My best advice would be to find some images of real-life men you would like to "be", then try sketching them in the character creator. Compare the nose you've made to the nose in the picture, then make adjustments until it looks like the picture.
It's like you're learning the very basics of drawing, and the best way to get the look you want is to use reference.
