They just nerfed one of the DK's defining skills. They've been nerfing it over and over since release, it shouldn't be a surprise.

Honestly there are too many counters, Dodge roll, block, interrupt. They should just remove all those mechanics and introduce a "sad face" key.
Whenever you get stunned, rooted, put off balance, disoriented etc, all you would have to do is mash the sad face key and you automatically live and they email you a puppy.20 -

✭✭✭✭I'm sure it has to do with them "fixing" talons so it goes through cloak. There is at least a 50/50 chance that every ability that is fixed in a patch ends up bugged in another way. Remember reflectable mages wrath explosion? Or deathless fall damage? The list goes on...

Been while since i tested it but this was true at one point. Tested it while dueling and my opponent took ZERO damage from crippling grasp and agony and did not recieve any of the negative effects. The NB club has a CC that's unblockable, snares, does not break on damage, and debuffs their targets damage.

The NB club has a AOE CC that's unblockable, snares, does not break on damage, and debuffs their targets damage while also taking longer to break than any other CC due to the animation.

I think all the changes make sense if you pretend to say them from Eric Wrobel's perspective:
"I will now be able to be hit by talons in cloak, but actually not - as long as I block."
"You will no longer be able to trap my dodge rolling stam build with snares."
"I will no longer have to outplay you to win when you shield stack."
"You will no longer be able to interrupt my heavy atks."
"You will no longer be able to 1vX the devs and me since we outnumber you."
"I will no longer have to deal with ppl perma blocking me."
