After today's supposed changes to talons:
If you hold block, talons CC does not apply at all, you take the initial dmg (reduced by block), dot can be blocked resulting in 0 dmg - but if block is lowered in the 4 sec talons is SUPPOSED to be there, the dot starts ticking.

Talons is now blockable.Shadow Cloak: Fixed an issue where you were not being hit by some area of effect abilities while Shadow Cloak was active. The following abilities will now correctly damage a Shadow Cloaked target:

They just nerfed one of the DK's defining skills. They've been nerfing it over and over since release, it shouldn't be a surprise.
My question is this: You could always roll dodge out of talons, why did they have to make it blockable?6 -

Last time I heard "OMG talons OP" was about a year ago when light armor DKs could do Invasion>Talons>Whip Whip Whip aka the Stunlock of death.
So are all roots blockable now or are we playing the "lets all make random inconsistent balance changes so everyone's head explodes" game?
This is a huge balance change. Why does it appear to be added so casually?
