Ok heres what happened today.
Logged on, got into game first go. Great! I say. But yes, it was too good to be true.
Game was very laggy, pressed X 5 times quickly to open up Stablemaster. Nothing.
I move around getting different angles pressing X 10-15 more times. Finally works.
Check mail, notice some items returned some items sold. But only option I can choose is O. Cant get items, cant get money.
Go check on research, research a few items. Check back on mail, still no option to get items or money.
Gve mail more time to load, grabbed a drink. Came back, still just O.
Logout ... Yup, you guessed it, cant log back in because ESO says I have no Net ...
Cant wait for tomorrow!

These issues you're talking about are indeed annoying.
At times I can't even view my guild bank/store, but I can easily see my bank. Lol
And at that point, whether I port to a new spot and come back, or if I wait a while, it still happens unless I reset the game.
Usually logging in to the servers for me is pretty good. It's the disconnection part in Cyrodiil I have issues with.
Four the last four days I have not been able to play for longer then twenty minutes without experiencing game ruining lag or knock offs.
Error codes that don't apply ranging from spamming messages, lack of Internet connection, to you have to be logged into PSN.
Got kicked off six or seven times during a white gold tower run on Saturday.

Per them, it is not an issue for them to fix done nothing is wrong, if we are having trouble it's on our side not theirs. I have gotten that e mail so many times from them it's not funny, doesn't matter every other game you play works fine, outta still our fault. Best bet would be to try to get your money back.
