Such an unnecessary drama. This can really help to reduce amount of pulsar spammers. Every class has enough skills to keep templars at a distance. They just need to use them.

Please explain how OP it is? It costs 400 magicka and creates an ~800 health shield for 6 seconds, so in case you're in melee range, it does ~400 damage, which is mitigated by magic resist. That means +70 - +200 (~100 on average) DPS for a templar, who has around 500 DPS. OP? I don't think so.

Sorry to say this but templars bragging about critting people for 5k with blazing shield in pvp and now its getting buffed? BYE.
combine that with blinding light, giving ONE class a counter to block, who the ..... thinks of these things?
I seriously hope these 2 changes will be reverted & they find a better way to help templars, which they dont rly need caus biting jabs staggers 100% and they spam the crap out of it, combine that with blazing shield, yea .....

This buff will make templar running sun shield infinitly and unkillable with light armor sinergy.What's the point on buffing it if you want balance?
yes, its possible to hit people for insane damage with it, but its an exploit.
happens when you use it and someone activate another shield on you.

My point is the strength of the shield with the softcap raised, not necessarily the damage it does. Keep in mind though that this is AoE damage and that makes it more powerful.
A 1080 point damage shield is stronger than the barrier ultimate. Anyone who plays on a major campaign knows how strong barrier is. If this skill is cheap enough to keep running constantly, then certain templar builds are going to be fairly unkillable.

Skill cost to me 224 magicka and I have 91 magicka recovery, It's mean that I can use infinites blazing shield before run out of magicka if I only use this skills against a melee player.
