    Combat systems for PvE and PvP should be separate(or PvP on it's own server) as when an MMO starts being "balanced" to make the PvP'ers happy it generally ticks off the PvE only players who leave. Unless ESO is different than most MMOs the largest segment of the player base is PvE only. So why run your player base off to satisfy the minority?

    Plus if a game is going to have PvP then make it worth the effort. You kill someone you get to loot their quickly cooling corpse.

    So the promised 'Roll Back' for the Biting Jabs nerf is actually not coming as promised? What we get is a partial rollback AND an increase in cost???

    Wow. Just wow. I honestly don't know how these developers can expect to keep their jobs doing crap like this.

    And, spending time on the PvP part of the game? Who in their right minds is even trying to play that junk now? The campaigns are all pretty much dead. That is what they are spending their time on?

    What about all the critical broken parts of this game? I honestly don't get it.

    The #1 priority of these people should be to fix the bugs and get the grouping working. This game is in a death spiral now, and pretending that all is well and messing around is just going to finalize the failure.

    ESO could have been a great game, if someone with experience in MMOs had actually been in charge. To bad.

    So, this is how you get something "adjusted" in ESO:

    Run a bot herd, and use the same ability to kill everything. That guarantees that ability will be nerfed.

    OR

    Make a youtube video demonstrating how to kill someone 1v1 in PvP with the ability. That too will guarantee that ability will be nerfed.

    Truly pathetic.

    Don't try to use math, logs, or plain logic. No no, go for the youtube video or cheat/exploit your face off. That's the key to success. :|

    Asking ZoS to include specific numbers in a Patch Note is to much of a burden on them.

    If there is one thing that annoys me more then anything, its completely vague patchnotes....

    I've yelled at them for being Twits about this in the past...

    the AoE cap for example, Bash Nerf, ect ect..

    I have to say I am a little disappointed on how light the fixes in 1.1.3 are. Considering it's the first major patch since Craglorn I would have expect some more issues broken by Craglorn to be addressed in it.

    Better would mean it was better than the original. Its not.

    Its just a little less reduced in their infantile attempts to deal with bots.

    But still....less of a global cooldown = better. More would be worse. Means bots now have a less global cooldown so thats better? Maybe you should go.

But, then Jessica responded and apologized for accidentally omitting this change from the patch notes, and said all they added was a 0.7 seconds to the INTERNAL cooldown. She said they would revert it in 1.1.3 and instead slightly increase the resource cost. She said NOTHING about them adding a GLOBAL cooldown in the 1.1.2 patch notes. Now they say they are just going to "REDUCE" the GCD and still add the increased resource cost??? Again, this is the global cooldown they never acknowledged adding in the first place! Nothing but word games and deception! This was handled very poorly.

    Consider the fact that they are not even the slightest bit focused on class balancing right now. They are so far from worrying about that with all the crippling and game breaking bugs they have yet to begin addressing. Then, out of the blue, they swoosh down and smite Templars with the mighty nerf hammer? It doesn't compute.

    Nailed it. There have been so many bad decisions made by Zen, and then some that just make you go "WTF are they thinking!?". Between the horrible oversight of forgetting that botters exist, then the dupe & hireling exploits that were in the game for weeks, and now the class balancing failure...I am convinced that Zen is not capable of running this MMO.

    Wow. So underwhelmed atm. Why does it appear they are nerfing and patching the game as part of their strategy to combat bots? Zenimax is so clueless.

    I cancelled my sub last night. Too bad I had already prepaid for 3 months. Lesson learned.

    Completely agree. How they didn't address the Magical Anomolies is inexcusable.

    Why don't you change catalyst so it reduce the cool-down period for potion instead of the current change? Atm healing like 45 more hits every 30 seconds is not worth any skill points.

    Yes we want other NB changes but this change is catalyst is fine by me, if you are using player made potions which are way better you are gettinga lot more out of them, + player made potions can have 3 effects, Most run the replenish of all 3 stats, so your not just getting a more health, your getting more of everything. if you change the timer then its gunna cost you more money using up more potions.

    I believe it was ~15 before (maxxed out) and is now 10.8 seconds.
    But hey, it's ok, because... oh wait, no, they didn't buff or fix a damned thing that's been broken with weapon abilities or DK abilities (like Deep Breath not stunning or interrupting, EVER) for two months.

    Huzzah for terrible customer service?

    What bothers me most about Zenimax is that they seemingly "fix" one thing, then subsequently break 10 things. I've pretty much stopped thinking "what's going change this patch" and rather think "What will they break this time?".

    I've tried to level a templar but give up on that project, getting locked out of your spells for Lord knows how long, hammering around your abilities to try and get something through, the only thing that happens is that my keyboard gets killed (it's almost dead now anyway).

    I'll give them this month to prove me wrong, but even I am tired of their poor excuse of trying to run an MMO. Probably going to cancel from July, with a possibility that I might return in a few months, hopefully they've managed to get some experience in how to run an MMO by then.

    Since 1.1.2 I've been able to compete with my nb. So I'm not going to make any sweeping comments apart from I'm happy with how the nb updates are progressing. Bring on 1.2....

    lol, they didn't make an ability for Templars better... How did you come to this conclusion? The initially NERFED it due to (we assume bots, but who really knows), then they claimed they would revert it back, BUT increased magic use, so really it ended up with a nerf when all is said and done... no making anything better here lol

    The the word THE in the sentence smartguy? The word THE in this sentence suggest that there was ALWAYS a global cool down. So again I say, maybe you should go. I hear it takes two hours to load into Wildstar.

    Most mob don't 'wear' armor. So any skill the reduces armor on a mob does not increase the damage more then 5-10 extra points of damage.

    Reducing armor skills is only good in PVP. Very strange design which makes most of thoses skills useless

    They didn't make this ability for Templars better... How did you come to this conclusion? They initially NERFED it due to (we assume bots, but who really knows) by adding a pause not described in the skill summary and was not there before the patch for crag, then they claimed they would revert it back, BUT increased magic use, so really it ended up with a nerf when all is said and done by increasing magic used per execution... no making anything better here lol
