Started as a PC beta player, got my monkey and my senche tiger, transferred to PS way back in 2015 when it first became available. Maintain both PC and PS5 accounts.

You did include this in the article, but this confusion exists for 3 reasons--
1. The event announcement is worded as follows:
“During the Witches Festival, all adventurers can enjoy a passive 100% boost to XP gain at all times. To collect the Witchmother’s Whistle and down ladles of hag’s brew, simply follow the steps listed below:”
This makes it seem like the XP buff and the whistle-summoned brew are still directly related.
2. Your content creators have brand new videos that state the whistle gives the 2-hour XP buff.
3. The game allows you to see all buffs and debuffs--including ESO plus (which is as constant as this XP buff, if not more so.) Options>Combat>Buffs and Debuffs
I am not trying to blame anyone, but I am clarifying the reasons for the confusion. Perhaps inform your content creators of the change, add the symbol for the event XP buff like you included the ESO plus icon, and start a new paragraph after “at all times” in the announcement.
I am glad the XP buff is constant, but I admit it would be nice to see confirmation that the buff is working.

Don't worry, the link I got in my mail has a different ID at the back. These feedback systems normally filter out when there are more answers with the same ID to keep the results data from getting diluted.
But agree. This post was made only because a handful of people are scared that 85 percent of people say that had fun, like the previous campaign.
I wouldn't worry much. We forum people are only a tiny tiny fraction of the actual player base so I have confidence the actual telemetry and feedback data will show what the general population likes and doesn't like. Those few who are heavily campaigning against things like Vengeance only make a tiny fraction of the numbers.

Just to be clear: I love Vengeance (and don't like and wont play regular PvP), but I would never say in my feedback that 'regular PvP' should be replaced by it. I just want an extra playlist for all those who love this new fresh balanced approach. So both types of players get what they want. Trying to 'cancel' Vengeance with threads like these is very selfish, you should be campaigning for additional choice in PvP. If more people engage in/start playing PvP, it is good for everyone in the long run.

I was 3200 CP on PC. Left for a bit and came back to play on PS-NA. Don’t regret it one bit. I love it! Nothing like playing eso on the couch!

@RockMuscleGaming I don’t wish this on any player. But dude seriously? Not just you SEVERAL people all know the same information as you and are disputing the account. So several people know your email, billing address, secret question answers, user id , password, game code, region etc????? Sounds like your cooked bro. This is why I livestream and post on YouTube, link my account to other accounts, etc because I can prove in more ways than they ask that it’s mine.

Why exactly is there an entire thread dedicated to buffing what are already the strongest offensive & sustain skill lines in the game? I'm sure ZOS has the data of skill line picks... half the player base is streaking around with Storm Calling already (which also happens to have the strongest passives for damage in PvP). This by the way is not a call to nerf Streak (I love using the ability on way too many of my builds), but rather that they should probably look at other mobility skills that almost no one picks (e.g. Apocryphal Gate, Shadow Image etc).
Dark Magic on the other hand is extremely underrated for sustain and on a meta sorcblade Crystal Frags very often outperform Merciless Resolve in damage done, while also offering cost reductions & Blood Magic heals. This is due to the buff the skill received in previous patch where it can now proc while on the back bar as well, resulting a lot more frequency in which you can cast it.
The real strength of this skill line however lies in the sustain aspect of it. It is absolutely wild to call Dark Exchange a bad ability because it "has a cast time" when the same ability also:
Furthermore, I can't even remember the last time I would die due to an interrupted Dark Deal or Conversion - you can use this skill freely when:
...it sounds to me like the poster is trying to cast this in the face of opponents while at low health and not CC immune, which screams of resource mismanagement - you should always save enough magicka to be able to Streak+Dark Deal or heal up, eat a CC and then Dark Deal.
Bash is also not "10m range" as mentioned by the poster of this thread, it is 7m like any melee ability. You can test this in less than 10 seconds by walking up to a target dummy while bashing & seeing when Surprise Attack, Rending Slashes, Whip etc become available. This is 7m, the same range where your bash starts connecting. If the poster is getting his dark deals/conversions interrupted after streaking, I would recommend not streaking uphill where the distance covered by streak is greatly reduced. Streak does not need 20m range to fix an "issue" that can simply be fixed by adjusting the gameplay.
...if I got ragebaited, my bad - had to set the record clear though. There's a whole lot of other nonsense here, but let's move on to the things I actually agree with:
Exploitation passive - yes, it's weaker than other classes' alternatives... but you have to look at the passive line in general, which is currently extremely strong for sustain, especially for block builds.
Mage's Fury - this execute is weak and the duration nerf to 2 seconds was unnecessary... in fact, I think it could've used a duration increase, not a decrease as the ability is dodgeable (application only) and cleansable after all.
Rune Prison & morphs are weak, I can agree with that - the damage should function similar to Shattering Rocks, both morphs should damage & Rune Cage should apply a useful debuff to target as well in order to be worth slotting.
While talking about Rune Prison we have to mention that Arcanist also has a similar delayed CC ability (just undodgeable rather than unblockable) that pretty much no one uses due to it doing no damage and being easy to counter. Adding some damage to it would make it a lot more desirable.
Other than that, sorcerer skill lines are more than fine and all of them see use in PvP (yes, even Daedric Summoning).

- 3600 Stamina (20 seconds of Warden Netch or 15 seconds of Templar Rune instantly)+additional 240/second for 10 seconds or 4500 Magicka instantly (26 seconds of Warden Netch or 18 seconds of Templar rune instantly)+additional 150/second for 20 seconds.

- high health (just provides you free CC immunity if you get interrupted there),
- after streaking through opponents or away from them on a flat field

A well designed game will have a basic tutorial that is immediately relevant, and then add new concepts gradually, preparing players for what comes next.
ESO does none of this. It's the easiest game a person has ever played and then BAM.
I was actually this player in 2014. For as much as I talk about how much I miss vet overland, when I first encountered it, I had a meltdown.
Levels 1-50 were so easy, even back then, so I started Cadwell's Silver in VR1 Stonefalls, took the first quest, went into a pack of mobs and got DESTROYED. I had no idea what I was doing, and crucially, I didn't know it!
I was so embarrassed and bewildered. I left angry feedback. But shortly after I looked in the mirror and realized I didn't actually know how to play ESO. I would experience something similar later when I started PVPing, although without the embarrassment or meltdown.
I taught myself to play, how competently assemble builds, started bar swapping and had a great time through VR levels. And then several weeks later when VR content was first nerfed, I was disappointed.
So instead correcting the issue, ZOS just started nerfing their own mechanics and as a result most combat is trivial. It's a shame. It's not too late, they can still start preparing players.
