Maintenance on ALL Megaservers + ESO Store & Account System - November 3 @ 4am ET/8am UTC
On Monday, November 3, beginning at 4:00 AM ET/9:00 AM UTC, we will be bringing down all ESO megaservers and the ESO store and account system for critical backend updates.
We anticipate the megaserver maintenance, ESO store and account system maintenance to be complete by 12:00 PM ET/17:00 UTC. We will keep you updated on our progress.

Hi All, following up here. We have found this issue that is causing the passive dropoff. We are currently testing a fix. Once we have that done, we will be able to schedule the date for this hotfix. We will follow up once we have confirmed the fix works and ready to schedule.
Re: Exorcised Coven Cottage not in CS/no Crown option previewing it
Hi all, following up on this after chatting with the team. Exorcised Coven Cottage is not planned for the Crown Store this Witches Festival. As noted in the thread, it is available as a gold purchase. We understand this is odd due to previous years having the house match with the event, timing wise.
In the showcase, it does note that Shadow Queen's Labyrinth and Agony's Ascent are the two homes that will be available for purchase during the Witches Festival timeframe, which is why there was not a separate note for Exorcised Coven Cottage. The implication being that noting those two homes with the dates would make it clear that those would be the ones on offer during Witches Festival. However, we will take feedback to the team to see if there is a better way to highlight what homes will be on offer during Witches Festival or if there is a house that is normally on offer but is not included in this year's rotation.
