I believe the "bonus quest" from doing both halves of a story is based on quest completion not achievement completion. Quests are per-character.
This is it. The Necrom and West Weald main quests — not their related achievements — are the prerequisites for the epilogue “capper” quest sequence. The game checks that you’re using a character who has done both questlines. This is working as intended, per the comments from Kevin from when West Weald was first released.

Same here. PC EU. The last drop and sale I know of happened before U44, where the patch notes promised an increased drop rate. I’m even starting to suspect that they did increase the drop rate, but only for the old BGs that no longer exist, and completely forgot to add it for the new ones.
Or maybe, somehow, people play the new BGs so much less than the old ones that the increased drop rate didn’t make any difference. Though the latter seems unlikely to me—after all, the new BGs are faster, and it’s hard to imagine that when U44 launched, a ton of people didn’t rush to try them out.

I was thinking about this today just do it like this
Q1: NA then EU
Q2: EU then NA
Q3: NA then EU
Q4: EU then NA
You could even not do a copy at the start of every cycle but I imagine players want that 3 month update to PTS for the 3 weeks but at least with the above both sides get around 6 months over a year on the PTS.
If you didnt copy at the start and just left it then you save a job from someone having to do the copy first week.

This kind of slapdash reeks of contempt. For the original art, for us as players, for the game. "Good enough. No one's going to notice or care."
We're noticing. We care. Pay a real artist to expand the image. The quality of ESO's art is one of its selling points. If you're cutting corners there, you're not "trimming the fat," you're cutting out the bloody heart.

I'm watching the modernization of the game and the introduction of new solutions with interest.
I would like to offer a number of ideas that I will post one after another.
Assistant for survey maps
1. How it works
We call (similar to the banker) and put survey maps.
The interface has 6 tabs for each type of craft (there are no survey maps for provisioning).
When the dailies refresh, all survey maps from the assistant disappear, and letters with resources collected from these maps are sent to the mail.
Letters have a 7-day expiration and are located in their new unic section.
2. How to get
Sold in the "Assistants" section for the same price - 5000 crowns.
I would like to offer a number of ideas that I will post one after another.

Some more than others, but all my characters have back stories.
Heck my latest Inventory Mule is named Jake Jabs. He holds a bunch of excess furniture. He is or was a famous furniture chain owner of American Furniture Warehouse. He was on ads all the time in Colorado.
There is my Survey Farmer named Fumnog, cousin to Bumnog a character in some quests.
One of other Mules is Carry Burdens who inspired a Companion NPCs life purpose in Skyrim.
Just to name a few.

In ESO, not necessary at all. None of my characters have a backstory. In some other games (not all), I like to have one. The SP Elder Scroll games, for example. I like to come up with a story for why my character is in prison, or in Skyrim, why they were crossing the border.

This isn't true. I got the Give to the Poor achievement only on my main, and I only unlocked Zerith-var for my main and got that particular companion achievement done.1 You need to do this akivement with a character that doesn't already have it.
