That is correct, the skills are fired from left to right until a skill can be fired. At which point it starts back at the begining from left to right again. So here's what can possibly be happening..

The conditions for Provoke is "Used when the enemy is not already taunted". Are you 100% certain that you don't have and use a skill with taunt on it ? I'm not tying to insult your intelligence or anything, just an honest question.

That being said, a lot of players report companion taunts as being bugged in IA (with Marauders specifically). However Azandar's taunt skill Scathing Rune is very effective and is a ranged taunt.

I run companion tanks as well. Companions do look at the order of their skills first, but if the conditions are not met, they look at the next skill.

I typically slot (in order): Heal if below 75%, gap closer if within 22 m, provoke, shield.

If I tell her to charge from 30 m, she will skip the first three skills due to health/range considerations, start running to the enemy and cast her shield until within 22 m then use her gap closer followed by provoke.

If I didn't have the gap closer, she'd cast her shield and run all the way up to provoke range.

So. . . if you want her to get in to the action as soon as possible, consider slotting a gap closer to speed things up.

The ones I'm probably the most proud of would be either "Flawless conquerer" or "Undying Song", because they are both completely solo achievements, and I had to work hard without any help from teammates to accomplish them.

As for the topic at hand, many Altmer being supremist and generally awful was not at all new or unique to Summerset. As mentioned, it was also written into the story in Auridon, years before Summerset. The Thalmor were central to the main story in Skyrim. And it's been discussed in the lore much earlier than this.

Hi forum friends. I just came back after a 6 month break. I just need some builds to update my characters. I mainly do dungeons and maybe a trial here and there. I not looking for niche builds.
Also are subclass builds effective in trials? I'm not sure if I'll be doing trials yet just trying to get back into the game. I've played eso for many yea4s and I'm aware that most trials guild peeps end up using the most effective cookie cutter builds cos they get the job done. I am not adverse to such builds if they work well then why not us them.

Grand Master Crafter, it was the first title I ever cared for when I was new to the game.
My crafter is still the top toon on my character select screen.

If the players can pinpoint the day the change was made that tanked performance, surely ZOS can figure it out too.

So why isn't ZOS reverting this change? Even FPS is bottoming out now and it's not due to our video cards or equipment. Even FPS is being determined server side now, and this change IS NOT WORKING! This can be fixed. ZOS knows what they did and what needs to be done to revert the change. So why hasn't this change been reverted in either of the two maintenances we've had since June 25th?
