Should've had a possibility to have a white flag over your head, instead of alliance colors. But to get rid of that, you'd have to log out of Cyro.

There’s a bug with this NPC, Skordo the Knife.
When directed to speak with him in the camp in Solstice, after collecting the 3 vitrified souls, a bug arises where when you speak to Skordo he only delivers a generic line dialogue but doesn’t progress the quest.
Even though the quest marker points to him and even though the quest objective says “talk to Skordo the Knife”, you can’t.
I tried reloading the UI, logging out and logging back in, traveling to another zone and then back again, nothing fixes the bug. The “Support the Fellowship” quest is not progress-able past this point. (PC NA)
Are you talking about the live server?
That’s a known thing, since Skordo isn’t even supposed to be active to offer the quest until the event starts in October. The bug currently isn’t that it’s not completable, it’s that it’s accidentally available already and shouldn’t be.
Once the event starts in October, then the quest will proceed.

I think having a vengeance like test for PvE would be an awesome idea since pve has serious lag and performance issues for months now.
I mean for me as an avid pvp player pve is unfortunately just a unnecessary but mandatory grind to farm gear and unlock skills. How about making it easier accessible to PvPers who don't enjoy PvE by making template PvE builds too? That's really a good idea.

Frankly, I fail to see what the problem is. You're not forced to PvP to get the IC fish, you just need to accept that another player might defeat you. Then you respawn and go fishing again.
Carry no tel var. Ignore pvpers. If anyone defeats you, stay cool like it doesn't affect you at all. That's all. That's how I did the achiv and if I had to repeat it, I would have done it in exactly the same way.
I went with my full PvE gear which isn't focused on mitigation / defenses at all. It was early afternoon here in the EU so there were some ppl playing already. I got one-shot a few times by some sorc but otherwise nobody bothered me. Sorc in question was just doing what the zone is intended for, without going out of their way to make it impossible for me to fish.
At that time, I was already playing PvP. I had a PvP setup, I just didn't bother using it. Why would I? Fishing already takes sooo long without a fight at each fishing hole. I just wanted to get done with it, and in my mind fighting for a fishing hole would not only add a lot of extra unnecessary time, but also, a fishing hole isn't exactly the kind of PvP objective that I consider worthy of fighting for.
PvP is already a tiny part of ESO, and there are already too few cool rewards tied to it. Please stop asking for removing the little that there is of an actual nice reward from PvP.

When I fish I only fish in Summerset because of the bottles, if the game had something similar to it in other zones I might go out on a fishing trip outside of Summerset.

No idea why this has been overlooked. It''s not like when actually fishing you could not pull in a weapon sometimes or some other cool item to keep it inline with real life. I got my master angler and promptly quit fishing due to the sheer repetitive boringness of see junk over and over again along with a few colored fish. Shoot maybe fish up a whole entirely new armor set that buffs fishing somehow.

A non-PvE mode for all zones so I can attack everyone and anyone.

Why, oh WHY are we forced to dismount when interacting with the daily crafting writs board? Or the crafting stations for that matter? We are awesome and shouldn't have our time wasted by being forced to dismount only to re-mount a moment later once we pick up a writ assignment.

I logged out to make sure I wasn't on the PTS server. I wasn't. The quest is live on NA, but breaks after a while.
That's a known bug. It's not supposed to be active yet.
