Lowered Steam player count isn't the same as a dying game. People have been claiming ESO was dying or on maintenance mode since like Elsweyr, and there have been higher peaks since then.

I'm just slow to believe it about any game, because people often seem to get very cynical and doomy about it with little evidence—it's a flashy topic. It's not a particularly helpful conversation.

It's also been a while since a new mainline Elder Scrolls game, which would take some players from ESO temporarily, but introduce a lot of new ones over time, as well.

Yes, that's happened for a lot of us. I've discovered that if I open a browser (like Chrome, etc.), then launch the game while keeping the browser open, the Play button will be enabled as soon as I log out. So I do that now. I discovered this accidentally. I'll sometimes switch to a browser to look something up, and I noticed that if I didn't close the browser, the launcher would work like it did before.

Alternatively you can right-click the launcher in the taskbar and kill it by clicking "Close Window".

Of course, it would be better if ZOS would fix whatever they broke.

You might be right considering the trend. Just feels like they could sell a lot more if they lowered the cost a bit and allowed us some personal customization.

Can we lower the cost of Radiant Apex, Apex and Legendary mounts? Maybe by 50%

Give us a base mount instead.

Let's say we have a Radiant Apex mount in the Crown store, 16K endeavors. Lower that to 8K and let us do a series of quests to find or fashion the components to add the colors we want. Give more players the opportunity to have an awesome mount and make them unique.

I like a lot of the mounts, I just don't want a Blue or Red one and the aqua teal color isn't really what I'm looking for either. I'm sure everyone has some color they'd love to add for skin (base color), flames, stripes, etc, etc.

Maybe even show a list of 5-10 color combos available for unlock during festivals or via a master crafter...something. Maybe sell the first three colors in the Crown store...
(same concept for saddles, I'd love to choose *pay... for the option to select a different color saddle).

I never seen such bad responses EVER form game dev that specializes in combat for their own game.... That reddit AUA wasn't bad - unless you read replies of that one dev.

Are we going crazy? "Balancing consumables" is game breaking and adding subclasses is not? All/almost all sets usable? In what game? And clearly they don't care about any of the feedback even when someone who is VERY devoted to game and community provides it. I don't think it's okay.

I know that this year supposed to be different, transition year, a lot of big systems that people are witing for and require more time to develop. Content there was less, but it is something I would be able to live with if not for the awful combat related changes that we are given all the time that nobody asked for. It's hard to enjoy little that we got when major part of the gameplay sucks.

I don't mind Alinor furnishings per'se. But I do take exception to the absurdly limited methods of acquiring Culada Lacquer to craft said furnishings. =/
