With more and more costumes in Crown store will there ever be option to disable other player costumes? I have this question since new costumes were data mined and some of them are RL holiday themed...

    Thought of another question

A while back it was suggested that Alliance points/ranks/levels should be account wide. Has there been any movement on this. I prefer the non-vet PvP but eventually out level it so either have to start again or move over. It would be nice if I could continue levelling my alliance rank and skills on other characters. What about making all achievements account wide to again support alts, e.g I don't need to kill 500 ghosts on a single account but I can accumulate them on multiple play trough's?
  • Rikimaru123
    Hi Guys

My Names Rikimaru123 and I wanted to share some Ideas and Thougts with you about how we could improve ESO

    IDEA 1

    Change Of Law System

Well first I wanna talk about the Law System. I love how I can steal from and kill People (NPC), but I hate how the only one who sees and react to the Felony is the Guard. I wanna change that on addin the Players too in this Role.

Well how about a change of Law? More interaction between Players.
There will no more law system only based and seen by the Player, it will be shared with Others.

You can now get a skill from the Warriors Guild to take up Missions for Headhunt to kill other Players with the amount of Bounty they have, then youre gonna get the Amount of Gold they have on their Head.

First There will be a Bounty Panel where everybody can see the Letter with the Image of the Head of the Thieve or Killer (Player) with the amount of Gold they got.

On the Bounty Panel you can pick up the Letter (where there is the Image of his Head) and you can Read the Description of the Player (his Name? Race & Lvl & Guildname) Where he stole what to get a Clue where to Find him.

No Quest. You only get Informed when youre in Front of the Bounty Panel.
So more Interaction in the City.

And the Thieve/Killer (Player) can't anymore see his Bounty on the right corner below, he will now need to go to the City and see on the Bounty Panel the Bounty he got on his Head.
Then he'll get a Note with his Amount and a Timer will appear on the right corner, how long he can be chased by other Players.

So he now need to Search for the Information about the Bounty on his Head.

And if he doesn't do it, then he'll never know it.

The Thieve/Killer (Player) can if he is Skilled enough get a Skill which allows him to get the Information from an NPC who Appears directly to Inform him with the Amount of Gold (Only after his Head Bounty appeared on the Bounty Panel).

If the Thieve/Killer (Player) is in a Guild with other Players, then the Guildmaster (gets informed that one of his Guildmembers got Headbounted) can decide to kick him out If he wants to protect his Honor or pay the debt of the Guildmember to a Guardian, but the Guardian won't attack the Guildmaster of course.

It is only to protect the Name of the Guild if they are more specialised in the way of Honor.

If the Guild is more Outlaw directed (like a Thieve Guild or Assassin Guild) then they can help each other out like Protecting when they know about the Bounty on someones Head in the Guild.

How about a Guild Skill System with only Passives?

Like the Skill Line (The Way Of The Shadow or The Way Of The Assassin/ The Way Of The Thieve, The Way Of The Blade)

    .......The Skills will follow.......

    IDEA 2

PvP in all the Three Alliances

    Duellsystem
Well how about a PvP Arena only one in each Alliance, where the Player can test his Skill or if he gets challenged by another Player making a Duell. (Wayshrine included)

Everyone can enter the Arena and Send the other Player a Request about fighting each other to Death, if he accepts the Request of course.

Thats the way to fight fairly, not like a Assassin.

In all three Alliances everyone should be able to see and to kill each other, but then they will get a Bounty upon their Head.

This would make the life in the Alliances more interesting and more challenging.

IDEA 3 (Only a Idea to make different Players shine more from the Crowd)

    Skill Book Techniques

Since you can learn a Racial Motif for constructing something ...
then why not learning Skill Book Techniques?

A Legendary Skill Book lets you learn a Passiv Skill, activable, gives you some Bonuses,

LIMITED Skill Book like there will be existing only 100 Times the same Book in the Game.

Like you go on Adventure in Group Dungeons and if you're Lucky then you'll get a Skill Book with a legendary Technique.

The Skill Book lets you learn an Animation, a Technique.

For exemple a Skill which lets you Use your Bow while you Ride your Horse.
It is a Skill from the Bosmer (Wood Elf)
    Skill Name?

Or a Skill with the Akaviiri (Samurai) Art Of The Sword Animation, like when you activated the passiv Skill it will let you look a Samurai holding a TwoHanded Sword with Samurai Moves or for two OneHanded Swords.

And Add some Katanas into the Game.

These Skill books are Legendary and very Rare to find so if someone uses it, it will blow other guys Mind, on how badass it will look like.

    IDEA 4

Why can we read a Book, even when we can't write one.

This Update would make it possible to learn the Scholar Way Of Life.

It will be possible to write Notes, a Roman, Everything into a Book and then be able to sell it.

But how about the Possibility to be able to write down the Akaviiri (Samurai) Sword Style into a Book and then be able to sell something so Legendary to somebody else?

But only into Parts and it will take 7 days for the guy who read it to read the next one,
there will 10 Parts of One Book.
And after you wrote in down you'll need to wait 7 Days too, to be able to continue your writing of the part.

This will help the Ineraction between Players in the same Alliance and it will help the Player's Economy too.

    IDEA 5

And more options about the customizations ... for the characters Face

So That can get truly one with the caracters look ... I don't know I've played a lot of MMORPGS and this one just gives me a lack of face customization...

Thanks I hope you Guys could read that and just answer me at least on one ... and sry that its so long ...

at the moment none of the new sets I really like for tanking. I would really hate it if I have to stick with the already existing sets just upgraded to v16. Please upgrade the new tanking sets so that they are viable. The only way I can see them being viable is if they get a bit more spell and physical resistance.

so the question is: Will the new gear sets change in the near future or will they stay as they now are?

Here's two questions regarding players who are werewolfs, can we get daily quest similar to undaunted pledges that allow us to hunt for our Lord hirciene?. My second question is, will there be a "totem of hirciene" per se that we can wear allowing us to stay in our transformed state?

give us an open auction house, combine all the guild merchants into one cross server auction house, do something to remove the location dependency of our merchants, we keep the merchants, but they become a server wide auction or even a cross server... give it full functionality, like being able to search for a specific item and being able to post a buy for an item not just a sale

    will we be getting housing?

I stole a green justice item called a "lucky charm". Being a bit of a superstitious person instead of selling it I decided to launder it and keep it. Now there is no way to definitively tell if this is giving me better drops but I was just wondering if there is an invisible luck skill?

    Hello Guys,

As stated and suggested in Elder Scrolls lore, Altmer are capable of living for hundreds, if not thousands of years.
Below is a timeline of Queen Ayrenn’s age during the establishment of each Aldmeri Dominion assuming she survives for that long:

    1st Aldmeri Dominion: 2E 580
    Queen Ayrenn Age: 25

    2nd Aldmeri Dominion: 2E 830
    Queen Ayrenn Age: 275

    3rd Aldmeri Dominion: 4E 29
    Queen Ayrenn Age: 801

Since the Throne of Alinor is inherited by right of birth, and relinquished upon death, this means that Ayrenn could possibly be the Queen of Alinor until the day she dies. If Queen Ayrenn is never killed, this poses several questions such as what was her involvement in the Aldmeri Dominion of 2E 830? Did Ayrenn survive Numidium’s siege of Alinor during Tiber Septim’s conquest in the Summerset Isles? And if so, was/is she alive in Fourth Era during the events of TES V: Skyrim? Perhaps Ayrenn herself actually re-established the Aldmeri Dominion of 4E 29. Centuries of living under (or even hiding from) Tiber Septim’s Empire, and witnessing the horrors of the Oblivion Crisis in her homeland, may have drastically altered her once humble personality. If Queen Ayrenn witnessed Tiber Septim’s tyranny firsthand this could explain why the Thalmor are so opposed to the worship of Talos as a Divine.

What do you think happens to Queen Ayrenn in the future of Tamriel? As the Aldmeri Dominion and Thalmor play a larger role in the Elder Scrolls series, do you think Queen Ayrenn will eventually be incorporated into the next Elder Scrolls game?

The reason why I am asking about this is, because I want to incorporate a good amount of Aldmeri/Queen Ayrenn Lore into my unofficial DLC mod, Kruzka. I really want to nail this mod, because I'm going to use it for my job/college application. I want to prove my insane attention to detail and creativity to the people of the world, while also supplying them with the greatest content they ever played.

Any responses would be greatly appreciated, and would contribute to my mod development.

Even though Mer live longer than Man, they do not live as long as you think. The natural lifespan of Mer is around 500 years, anything longer than that is probably prolonged by magic. So while it might be possible for Ayrenn to have lived for hundreds of years (with the aid of magic of course) it is most likely she died at 500 years (more or less).

Is it possible to get a refund for the Imperial City DLC because my fiance and I both bought it and we really don't like it. We are PvE players and hate that we are forced to do PvP in the Imperial Sewers area. Also, what is the point? What are we actually doing there? There is no direction or guidance on what to do. We keep getting killed by PvP players and all we want to do is explore and try the new content but it's not happening. We have to revive at the beginning every time. Not fun at all... Please help give us a refund. If there is a PvE ONLY way to enjoy it then great but I don't know how to access it if there is..

    Lore Question:

What's going on with the politics in western Skyrim?

We have heard there is another king claiming to be the true king of all Skyrim and this has caused a political split between the east and west because the Skald-King also makes this claim. Who is this west king?

Is Daggerfall invading the west part of the Rift (presumably through the pass from Helglen aka Lion's Den)? We also see in Craglorn, near the city of Elinhir at the border to Falkreath, there are Daggerfall with siege weapons and the conversation with them implies invasion beyond the sealed Skyrim gates at that location. Does Falkreath belong to DC at this time?

Thanks in advance if you choose my question. :)

Will we ever have an option to switch race or class? Just asking because, as a new player, I rushed to do the prettiest race + my favourite playstyle. Advanced it so much and realized only too late that my race wasn't really working with the class, nor was I enjoying the playstyle. (I could start over indeed - but when you grind Roes to buy inventory spaces + train your mounts and level provisioning, it gets a bit hard on the gold XD)

I have tried to find the answer on this forum, on popular internet locations for ESO, and by asking players in game and i have not had any luck which makes me think that there may be lots of other ESO players that are wondering the same thing.

So with console we don't have a text chat option .... We have Voice Chat.
Overall I am ok with this BUT there are some serious issues with its implementation...
Since we are able to join up to 5 guilds and each guild can have 5 voice channels on top of the area chat channel.
That's 26 voice channels not including a group channel.

    Ok that is the scope...

    Now the problems...
    • ESO does not remember the last channel that any given toon was active in OR if area chat was disabled.
    • Why is the default voice chat channel "- All Members 1" of the first guild you accepted an invite from?
    • Note, I stated default voice chat channel above yet the game may or may not enter you in that channel on loading :-/
    • Same can be said about area chat.... sometimes it auto loads.... & sometimes it does not :-/

    Solutions...
    • Have the ability to set 1 of the possible 26 channels as the DEFAULT! (Per Toon would be nice)
    • Have the ability to have area chat disabled in settings as a default option if prefered!
    • Have the ability, like area chat has now, to monitor another chat feed. (Explained below)
    • At the least -- Have the game remember the last state a toon was in when it logs out?

    Chat feed monitoring
As it is now we can be in guild/group chat and monitor the area chat feed.
This feature should be available for all feeds. (One participant feed & one monitoring feed)

    .

    Well said.

I think many of the text box arguments can be hushed by a few well placed voice chat tweaks.

I do support your particular suggestions.

Any chance of seeing your theory in a full discussion?

99 percent of the console community is fine without text chat, because most players on console are casual .

Facilitating those mic guys will strengthen the community while asking Joe plumber and Mr daddy to keep track of a keyboard so they can interact with a few guys who have expressed specific contempt for our community seems the long way around to a solution.

I think a reasonable idea such as yours would likely be snuffed out by the five console text chat box advocates.

Given room to breathe and develop free of direct harrasment, I know this is the way forward for helping to enmesh a burgeoning community that while predisposed to drinking a beer, or letting their family watch their gameplay.
