You do realise that it's a 20% chance on each attack independent of previous attacks, not 'dodge 1 of every 5'.
You could dodge 20 straight attacks with the right rng.
That said, I haven't tested it over a large number of attacks.
Theres a reason everyone in the streamer/dueling circle started running the exact same build.

I do notice that some players can dodge alot more than others. I personally think it is related to exploits. My dodge chances when I use shuffle seems to be around 20%. I've never seen anything wrong with it.

These skills were designed at a time with softcaps, without excessive dodge roll.
