it was advertisement about PET DAY, not a CROWN STORE!
You just don't love PET'S DAY!Valen_Byte wrote: »

I think they absolutely have every right to call out crown store offerings. There would be a huge difference if it was being overly abused but a simple system message is mild.
How dare they market to their customers!?!
Lol

4 hours? 1 play session ? If that's true then yes, that's too often.
I don't mind.... ZOS needs to make money. Them letting us know about crown store offerings doesn't seem like an inconvenience. Now, I have caveats to that. It should only pop up on initial load and not randomly during gameplay. Like a tip of the day.
To be honest though, I've been away on holiday for a few days so I didn't actually see the in game notification. At the time of my vote I thought this was a theoretical problem.
Knowing that it actually happened lead me to read upon it. I just don't think it's as simple as should we have them or shouldn't we. It's HOW they're used... Their existence doesn't bother me, their misuse will.
National pet day? THAT irks me.
Of course @Valen_Byte, it's possible I'm experiencing the early stages of Stockholm Syndrome.
