We have all accepted HUGE nerfs to our classes. Seems like NBs are allergic to them... Why is it so hard to accept that they have to get nerfed?

my only VR-level character is a Nightblade.
fact is, Arena is going to lay bare every real, true, class balance issue this game has. it won't be a matter of arguing back and forth on the forums, and OPness will not be defensible in the first like 6 months of Arena.
every class is going to get demolished, NB and Sorc most of all.
prepare for massive nerfs.
Only because crybabies who won't learn counters. If you play a vet NB then you know it's not some god roaming around deciding who lives and who dies. The class is squishy and in stamina form, lacks self heals. On my templar though, the class OP plays and feels is so weak. I can be like a god. Stand there self haling jabs, self heals with BOL, then radiant destruction after initial burst and GG. No skill required whatsoever i can just stand there and tank dmg.
Vigor Cloak dodge roll = infinigod....am i wrong?1 -

Its true, the game wasn't designed with that in mind so people being able to use all the skills they need in that short of a window create these situations. Unless there are significant nerfs to burst damage (which will impact those that don't animation cancel most) then we will have to keep living with excessive burst damage.0 -

Any class can do that. Have you not played ESO? Radiant destruction, magika detonation, dragon leap, wrecking blow. Stop making me tell you all that like you don't know and stop crying. 20k surprise attack+teleport strike is not typical and don't act like it is. neueregel✭✭✭If this was the case, I would be killing everyone... and that isnt the case.... I am a NB, been since -4 days launch. I have ~3700 weapon damage when buffed, 35,000 stamina and 461 CP. I have yet to 2-shot dead anyone since IC was released. In fact after these two abilities, and I Haven't killed the target... I usually am hit back just as hard and since i am a glass cannon, I have to hide a few times to regain my health and then it is an even fight...Edited by neueregel on December 13, 2015 7:28PMAre you not entertained?

You do know there's a differance between stamblade and magik right? I absolutely can't spam cloak in fact i need to use it sparingly to remove dots and buff my armor so that i have magika to apply relentless focus to keep my stam up. Even on my magika NB i can spam it but so what? You can slot an AOE or raident mage light or craft detect pots? I do two of the three and I'm a NB0 -

yeah, sometimes people post thing that are insane... I have 10k magicka... I can cast cloak maybe 4 times in a row... since when is 4 times infinite...

And here is the problem, why should I slot something just to defend against you? If i slot 2 skills just to def vs stam NB then what? I can't have any proper build, what about DK? I should start countering DK aswell and sorc and other templars and i have 0 slots left for any build with some DPS and chance to kill. You should be able to use your build properly as in not die in 1 second(i don't always execpt to some of those animation cancel 5 skills in 1 second guys) and also have a shot at fighting back. I have 2k stam regen and vs some NB i must use all my 30k pool and potion up just to get rid of his cloak0 -
