Greetings Brave Dragon Knight!
We're sorry you're having this issue. In fact, an issue relating to the quest “Imperial Infiltration” has been identified. Although there is currently no resolution, the issue is being investigated further.
May your travels lead you to warm sands,

Well in lamen, yes. WHat part about that is ahrd to understand that they cant just "fix" it. Would you prefer, them to hold your hand at your bed side telling you it's going to be alright? Cuz the have more important things to do than listen to people raging at them for their troubles. Do you like it when your boss is yelling at you when you try to work
But since I cannot fire them and I am forced to pay them, I'd like to at least hear SOMETHING. Like them to spend precious 5 minutes to come here and tell us of their plans.
And no, I'm certainly not going to be understanding about how they "cant just fix it". They could just break it perfectly fine, seeing as it worked before this Monday>.>
you can fire them it's called unsubbing, you don't have to play them game if you don't want to. No one has a gun to your head
What? you can't make a new character on other alliances?@Fyrakin
That is the point we can not play the other alliances as the quest is broken so can not progress.

As some people have already said, this is not a business for us, this is a game. We pay for it to have FUN. And we do indeed have amazing fun...when it actually works. All we want is that we actually get a working product for our money so we can enjoy it.
And we will come here and rant and rage as much as we want, because this is precisely what CS section is for. And as paying customers deprieved of their game(because we're stuck til Monday now) we have every right to do so.
Also, Monday? You guys have to be kidding. Will there be a compensation for this week that we could've spent playing next 5 vet zones(or all of them for those who got stuck in non-vet)?

Well.. we have Monday, there was maintenance, no patch, quest is still broken. Did something went wrong?
Well ok, my bad, "regular maintenance is on Tuesday EU time"
Yet we were told about fix on Monday, that's why I had my hopes up. We were told "on Monday".[...]
Considering we have Monday EU time(half a day has already passed), Zos changes maintenance times since release nobody knows when the next change is going to come.
When they say something will be fixed on Monday do they mean Tuesday EU? Posting wage responses (not giving exact times and time zones) makes people confused. I expect more professional customer support when a game has monthly fee.
