✭✭✭✭✭i Love that sweet little Dunmer dark elf girl that we must speak with in cryodiil on the dailly quest where jhoric sends us to stop the daedric invasion from entering town and we fight that daedric Titan.
i forget her name but her voice is so sweet and precious. i do that quest daily so i know what she says by heart, she says ..

Lunerdog✭✭✭✭✭John Cleese has always been comedy gold and he brings it to Cadwell perfectly.
Abnor's sharp dry wit made me take him with me to rescue Sai Sahan, his astonishment at the Redgaurds crush on the overgrown she troll (as he called her) was classic.
I could listen to Queen Ayrenn talk all day and she made me feel very protective of her.
Jorunn the Skald King sounds worn and almost weary at times and evoked sympathy in me.
The other day a city guard told me that if I spoke my mind I'd have nothing intelligent to say, I wonder how she knows me so well

also i really enjoy sheogorath and shalidor relationship, both voice acting done great even more shalidor. he truly sounds in some points he is tearing his beard off from rage when sheogorath appears

I also really enjoyed the Lesbian couple in the Sober Nord I think...The one with Betra who is away.Sadly you find the corpse of Betra with a note saying she won't make it to her birthday as she's trapped in a cave full of trolls. Zero_Tolerance✭✭✭Naryu and Raz made me want to meet and talk (read) to them more, so they gotta be winners.
Tharn for his lines, ofc. Not really kind of NPC I'd want to see around all the time (unlike the couple above), but some of his lines were really funny.
And honorable mention goes to that guy:

NPC: Because I crush faces.
Player: Crush faces?

...so have none of us refrained from pushing Percy Jackson off the tower? I feel slightly better about it now.
As for my favourite NPC, so far it's possibly neck and neck 'twixt the High King in DC (affable-as-ever Bill Nighy, sounds like the kind of guy would be good company over a pint down the pub) and the wood elf Brelor in A Lasting Winter. The only bright light in that whole PITA quest.

✭✭✭✭✭Due to the sheer number of quests, there are a surprising number of NPCs that are easily likeable and could be considered favorites.
I'm a bit partial to the Ayleid King since you see him briefly in Stormhaven and then not again for a long time thereafter (where he then lends a hand). Also, Arngoth is totally loathed in undead form ... but then turns into quite an ally much later. I've still got my Level 8 staff from the ladies of the Wyrd Tree.0 -
Naryu and Cadwell for me I think. Oh and I like Kireth and Raynor too. I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't find a lot of the allies after the big final assault, I'm wondering what happened to them all.Bright-Marsh-Iris / Ebonheart Pact EU0 -

Raz always cracks me up.Razum-dar, his jokes, cleverness, that he cares and you are secret agent buddies.So far best part was when Raz was magically camoed as the Queen, that was way too funny scene.
Something in that cooking lady outside opposite Skywatch bank.
For Raz:

They did replace the voice actor, Wes Johnson, have a peek on his Twitter @WesJohnsonVoice. He mentions that he wasn't asked to reprise his role as Sheogorath, he also re-tweets and answers people who ask about it. I have to say he handled the situation with class though, even congratulating the voice actor ESO chose.
As for which NPC is my fave, I would have to say Darien Gautier. Really good voice actor but I can't seem to find the man's name. Someone please tell me. 1
