I generally cringe when a NB is in my group. First, the guy never moves out of any AOE and dies constantly because of it. It is amazing. Then said NB will start blaming everyone in the group for his death. Second, the NB guy will only have one spec and no matter how ridiculous use this spec the entire time. Third, he will end up leaving the group right before the last boss because his mom is making him go bed for school.
The problem with NB is the generally narrowed minded, skill less, grouo of players who picked the class based on the notion they can be stealth an one shot everything.
The major hurdle to the idiotic premise in this thread is the fact the devs are not morons. Lol.

As a NB myself who has 1 primary spec (ST range DPS) and a secondary spec (Support-Heals) I can say the BEST, absolute best dungeon run I've done since I started ESO was with 4 NB's. We had no tank, a NB healer (better than any Templar that I've ran with) and 3 NB DPS, 2 ranged with 1 melee. It was super fast and a pure pleasure to behold.
Your comment makes me realize you're equating ESO NB to WoW Huntards, and that's just an unfair comparison. There are PLENTY of tards playing DK and Templar in ESO, few Sorcs though. Let me give you some understand of HOW the 4 diff classes work and maybe you can learn to be a little more tempered in your comments. DK/Sorc/Templar (for the most part) are heavy Magicka users and often times have plenty of Stamina to burn. NB is almost always an even mix of both Magicka and Stamina. To break CC from an NPC you REQUIRE a crap ton of Stamina, which is almost always in short supply on NB, or an even heavier Stamina cost ability Retreating Maneuver or Shuffle which also costs a pretty high amount of Stamina. Both of the latter must be located on your bars before combat started.
Do you see where I'm going with this? You say it's only NB that dies standing in AOE on the ground, did you ever think to wonder if it's because they didn't have enough Stamina to break the CC to get OUT of the fire? No DPS, would normally run with either of the above abilities on their bars unless they're in PvP so that further reduces a NB's choices when they get CC'd and then sh*t upon by the mobs in the area.

Sure you could probably be a tank, or a ranged caster magicka based DPS or something...but do you ever hear about anyone talking about these? Not really...probably because they're subpar options and might as well be a Sorcerer or a Dragon Knight to do those things with a much easier time.

Crouching stealth is too easily discovered by mobs. Buff it and make us move faster in stealth. Fix it.
Invisibility doesn't allow you to use your stealth power attack, since you aren't technically "Crouched." Fix it.
The dagger crit bonus from dual weild isn't showing on my character sheet. Fix it.
Our self heals are abysmal and heal for far less than the tooltip claims. Fix it.
I agree the above changes would be good for NB- making the class naturally better at crouch-stealthing through extra speed and lower detectability would be great.

On dragonknight the highest burst I can get is with a bow, I interrupt a fully charged shot with molten whip and have seen 4k+. This isn't a case of whining about it, this is a case of experience players stating the current positions that nightblades are in, which is a bad one.

That's interesting. What's the stamina required for these damages?

I couldnt tell you for that as I just changed but after respending my skill points I have just over 1900 stamina and 156 weapon damage, I have seen it hit up to 3.4k out of sneak, before this change it would probably have been around 1500-1600 stamina and same weapon damage.
When I get back on ill take a screenshot of the damage and the stats.
@ub17_ESO that does sound like a great build for a sorcerer class. The topic in this thread is nightblade. Lots of people want to play nightblade and are finding it really difficult. I keep trying different things with this class. I'm doing better than I was in beta. I think part of it is that some of the enemies have been changed and are easier for me to kill.

Hey. Whine and you shall receive. At the expense of everyone else who plays the game. Not a good business decision ESO.

One "spec" I just recently started fooling with might somewhat satiate those folks wanting melee NB...

Not everyone wants to be a vampire bow kajhiit nightblade in heavy armor.
Some of us want the option NOT to be that. Some of us want to be dual dagger weilding medium armor assassin stealthy type players who hit really hard, really fast and escape to wash-rinse-repeat, and we want to do it in endgame without dying when there are more than 2 or 3 mobs in a trash pull.
I have two friends who are officially rerolling to other classes after reaching VR5 and VR6 on their nightblades (I am VR2 and I am starting to see their pain now). One is going Sorcerer like everyone else out there, and the other is going DK like the rest out there. And, of course, I bet they choose to be altmer female vampires. Groundbreaking *vomits from all the damn sparkle in this game..*
And...I have one friend who became so disillusioned over the class that he is quitting the game altogether. I have tried talking him out of it and to give it time.................and then I read the upcoming patch notes that doesn't do anything to fix either NIghtblade or Werewolf. Why? Why aren't you guys making these two weakest classes/skill lines a top priority? We aren't getting any meaningful feedback from you guys stating clearly, "We are aware these two skill lines need some serious fixing/buffing/sorting out and are listening to your feedback, please take heart and bear with us." But it's not happening, at least not where I have seen or read.
I don't want to reroll, I don't want to quit the game, I LOVE the game, but the class i was most looking forward to just...doesn't work like it should.
