Zone chat is entertaining, with people yelling at people cutting in line. But this is annoying, I hope a hotfix is coming tomorrow.

If you group up it's really easy to get in, since only one person in the group needs to unlock the door for everyone to enter. Took like 60 seconds to fill up the group in zone and another 60 seconds for one of them to be able to trigger the door. Just leave the group when you're inside.

They should have anticipated this would be annoying but there's a really simple workaround until they fix it.

Yeah, with the layoffs... first they'll need to retrain someone into reading the code, then identify what's wrong, then create a fix. So probably a week at best?

Xbox - NA - There's literally a group of players blocking the gate by spamming it and letting the lock pick mini game time out to troll everyone. This is why we can't have nice things. Wasted nearly an hour in total just trying to get in before finally giving up.

Speak for yourself. I want realism in my escapism! That's why I only come back to ESO when there's queuing to do. The rest of the time I play Euro Truck Simulator or Penn & Teller's Desert Bus. I just wish I could work as an accountant and pay rent in ESO.

Disappointing something like this still happens given the YEARS of complaints about mythics and shoving everyone into a tiny area like this.

Would have thought the overall mindset would be.. lets make sure we never force everyone into one space where button mashing to accept/take things ends up taking place.

Someone compared this to zombie apocalypse, with bloodthirsty monsters trying to get through the gate... The situation with this gate is infuriating of course, but this was so hilarious

I watched people there, and most of time someone got in, it was followed by sounds of fighting, or sounds of Blade of Woe on sentries - so the person was not entirely wrong in painting that image XD

Also, later someone suggested to use 1st person view to find interaction prompt easier. It finally worked for me and I thanked that person for the helpful suggestion. And now on forums I learn about tree shortcut in Reaper's march - that is even more helpful and even more hilarious

I'm in front of the gate right now and honestly there's no line, there's a pile of players, and the problem isn't to unlock the gate or to wait your turn... the problem IS TO FIND THE LOCK.

It's nowhere to be found in the gate and I find it by chance the interaction disappears immediately. There absolutely is something to repair here.
