    You can see time of screenshot and that was correct statement for the whole time I was there - when I entered (18.30) and exited (19.20), all 3 alliances were constantly full.
    Now at 20.08, only my AD alliance is not locked.

    At 20.10, every alliance is locked.

    You posted at 19.54 so I have no idea what was going on. I know there European login issues as I got it several minutes ago, too.

    No, I'm saying that for veng camp they literally up the camp to push their tests. This has nothing to do with the login issues.

    I will point out 1 thing. Combat performance on ps EU is actually ok but that maybe cause it's only 1 bar and alliance.

    That's literally the point of this test. To push the population caps in an attempt to stress cyrodil and gain data points. No different than the last time they did this on PC. The population caps are absolutely increased right now in vengeance.

    You didn't got my point. Everyone had issues logging in and even queueing for stuff, and while that they increased the cap?

    The cap was increased as part of the maintenance. It was increased before the problems started.

    I will point out 1 thing. Combat performance on ps EU is actually ok but that maybe cause it's only 1 bar and alliance.

    One bar in the new camp != to 1 bar in the old camp.

    1 bar could mean 200 players in this camp where the old cmap it oculd have meant 25.

    So if you're having good performance then that means the test is working ;)

    As a new player with no previous pvp experience, I will say it's fun and a nice way to level my skill line. I don't have a ton of cp's or mount speed but I can keep up with everyone.

    Yep. Performance is not good at all on PC NA in vengeance mode.

    I noticed worse server performance since last maintenance but decided to wait to complain and see if today's maintenance would fix it.....it didn't.

    Now we've got ultra dumbed down Cyrodiil PvP and performance is still really bad. We're gettig the worst of both worlds. Bad game mode with bad performance all at the same time.

    ZoS has explained the purpose and goals of the vengeance testing numerous times. Suggest reading up on that.

    Soooo.... yea last Vengenance test we were given altered class skills with everything being disabled. Thats it.

    This time they're giving us the same altered class skills but they've added altered weapon and PvP skill lines to the mix.

    The first "TEST" on vengenance was a huge success proving that massive amounts of numbers of players could be put in Cyrodiil and the servers run just fine. That was basically the entire point was to TEST performance while removing other outliers of things that impacted performance like set combinations, abilities and their combinations etc and to nobodys surprise honestly it worked. So now the devs are introducing a few more skills to the mix to see if certain skills are contributing to poor performance. Again a TEST.

    So I've thrown that word "TEST" around alot right? So has many other people its a TEST so why not put it on the Public TEST Server?!?!? right? WRONG. Devs need massive amounts of people to play cyrodiil to show where the choke points are in the performance and just what it takes to bog things down. MOST people dont play the PTS and they cant get the numbers out of it like they can on the live servers because well when you have little choice to play Cyrodiil and your ONLY campaign is Vengenance you're going to play Vengenance or not play it all, but you want to play right? So you have to play it and ZOS gets their data and you get to play PvP as a TEST to make the real PvP campaign BETTER! :D

    So everyone needs to stop complaining about how bad and limited Vengenance is because that is quite literally its purpose. Please go contribute an hour of your time in cyrodiil and just fight big massive battles while trying to break anything and everything you can so the Devs can see what they need to see to fix the game in the long run because at the end of the day EVERYONE has been complaining about that for 10 years!

    As I said after the first Vengenance test. Vengenance should NEVER be considered as an alternative for PvP. It should ONLY be used for testing to figure out whats broken in the main campaign with all our normal sets of gear, abilities, CP etc etc etc. Once the devs figure that out, fix it, carry on with normal PvP how it was originally designed and get us back to how Cyrodiil USE to run for the first year of the game... :)

    LOVE THIS PERSPECTIVE!

    Which is why when all is said and done I think it would be amazing if ZoS would make the current veng camp (as is) the new like... entry to ESO or u50 camp or something.

    There is no way for people to ease into cyro as is - that needs to be fixed. However, the hardcore end game PvP'er hate veng as is because there is no real diversity (I agree).

    I see a future where they have both modes

    - Curated vengeance mode that is seasonal where they add and remove stuff and where they balance for
    - Wild mode just like standard PvP is today without focus for balance

    I wouldn't mind those 2 modes then people can choose what they prefer.

    ZOS will only support one mode in the long term. One guess which mode that will be. ZOS isn't going to suddenly support two different versions of PvP when they didn't even support one, for the most part, in the past.

    This iteration of vengeance is awful. There is too much healing now, and with an AOE cap of 3 on damage abilities the whole "greater numbers win" thing has really been reinforced. You have like no chance at all to outplay people when they outnumber you if they've got even the most basic skillset.

    A lot of people claimed that vengeance allowed for more "skill expression", but that just isn't the case with this iteration. Really unfortunate to see given how fun PVP has been this patch with the huge damage increase from subclassing.

Massive amounts of people, no unkillable players, and no crutches, no ball groups..what's to complain about?? New players were ecstatic during the event, and they had so much fun. It is beginner-friendly, which is always a good thing. How is bringing in new players a bad thing?

    Well, I'm 89th in queue on PC-EU. With so many people playing Vengeance, I may never be able to get in and find out why no one is playing Vengeance. Maybe I'll try on PC-NA. It's earlier in day, so it might not have as many people not playing Vengeance.

    Oh, and here I heard people already quit playing it and in fact never even started playing it, because of how trash it is. Looks like things are getting better with every hour!

    Again - WRONG! What you fail to understand is that people were having FUN for the first time in ages! The huge numbers of players, along with restrictions in skills, made fights "equal", albeit numbers-based. ZOS just needs to tweak the skills allowed in order to make your own skilfulness matter. I believe that ZOS will figure this out.

    Also, AGAIN, we've already had this discussion the previous time we had Vengeance mode active. Most people were in agreement in that they hadn't had that much fun in ages. It just needs skill tweaks, that's all. It's the amount of players that brought the fun because it felt like an ACTUAL WAR like it used to be at the start.
