Anyone else just get booted? Been trying to log back in and it keeps saying “lost lobby connection” or “booted from server”

Booted and then can't reconnect. Get into a queue then says it lost lobby connection.

Pyr0xyrecuprotite✭✭✭✭✭Me (PC/NA) - lost connection, booted to login. I was able to login again, then got booted again (trying to craft enchant runes at Vivec city station).
Update: placed into login queue.
Update: nope, lost lobby connection error 334, back to login screen...

After getting back in twice, I haven't been able to get back on. I can occasionally make it to the character select screen, but am disconnected before I can actually make it in the game.
I am pinging the ip address ZOS provides for troubleshooting gameplay issues and am experiencing intermittent extreme packet loss in blocks similar to this:
