    Game is completely unplayable. I was patience and understanding with regards to the recent outage - but this is really starting to get me frustrated.

    We received a significant reduction in PVE and story content this year, the new BG update has been a bit of a joke, and now to end the year off, they can't even run their servers competently.

    It's been a busy couple weeks, I've finally got some downtime, I'd like to play a game that I subscribe to and pay for, and I haven't been able to for the past two days.

    I'm pretty pissed off at this point, to say the least.

    ((To be honest, I expected this situation.
    Considering the amount of hardware and systems that they just had to reconfigure and reboot.
    It is going to take a while to get everything running smoothly again.
    Which ever company installed the fail safe shutdown system may have some explaining to do..))

    I've been in the Login Queue at 1 sec for quite a few minutes now, lol. (At least I got most char's daily writs done by just continuously logging back in when I could lol.)

    The system just spits out a code from a list of possible problems. It's not narrowed down to an exact line of code.

    PC/NA report here. I was in a trial (nSE). We were experiencing horrible lag, rubber banding, etc, then started having disconnects around the time this thread was started. It didn't take long before most of our trial group was gone. Fortunately, we were on Discord, so we could still communicate.

    Those who had been kicked were getting login queues of 50 minutes or so to return, so the three of us who were still on decided to give up, and those who were off quit trying for the night.

    Since then, I've been talking in several zones, where there haven't been nearly as many people as usual, and those who are, have all been asking about the problems. There have been approximately 10% of the usual number of people online on my guild and friend lists over the past two hours. When I was kicked the first time, it took about 15 minutes to get back on. The second time, I gave up for the night and came here.

    The PC/NA server is too broken to play. Please fix it. (Second kick, I was on a beach in southwest Grahtwood doing a companion story quest by myself.)

    Same here. It has been more than an hour for me, since I came online. One minute of playing, one minute booted.
    Does anybody have an answer frpm ZOS about why this is happening?

    Are the servers getting too old?

    Seriously though, we have alerts that occur for issues like this along with on-call teams that handle the investigations/resolutions. These folks had already been investigating for a bit - I just happen to be up because my dog needed to go out and I saw there was some action happening.

    I was on PC EU this evening, and kept playing past reset to get 2 days' worth of stuff (mostly) done.

    Then around 2:10 AM EST I switched to PC NA to get Friday's stuff done before the 5 AM EST reset, but keep getting time out almost immediately after it tries to log in my account.
    I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!

    I really hope it's not the data center again. I only managed to login to the alt accounts and activate the plus trial and grab mail before they disappeared. Never made it onto my main account.

    Sorry - but i think it's affecting PC EU too. I can't login into the game, after entering the password it says "Login Error. Login failed. Your username or password may be incorrect or inactive..."

    Login into my account managment using the "F - View Account" button is possible with the same password.

    It is possible it is a hardware issue

    I just want to say that many of us are grateful that your all willing to look into it, keeping ESO functional must be a living hell.
