Broken passives aren't limited to the vampire skill lines. Pretty much every class has passives that are broken, but the nightblade takes the cake on it. The armor passives stop working across the board , the class passives stop working or have odd activators.

Ah now I understand why the 'hasty retreat' passive of the bow line seems to have no effect at all

These bugs could have been fixed today, maybe. Instead they are being held off until patch 1.1 as a marketing ploy to boost subscriptions "Look what has been fixed!"

I'm only speculating. I've been watching too many "House of Cards" episodes so I "trust no one" HA!
