Audio issues with crown store mount? Winter Garland Dapple Gray no longer jingles merrily....

Wondering if anyone that has this mount can advise if the jingle sound is still working or not for them. Mine is silent this year except for hoofbeat sounds no matter what audio setting is applied or how loud the volume is set.

    NOOOOOOOOOOO!! It's true; my jingle pony no longer jingles! :(

    I always put on the Winter Garland Dapple Grey after Witches Festival every year. The jingle effect is one of my favorite things about it. I just switched over to that mount, and it's definitely not jingling anymore.

    I tried adjusting various sound settings, but there's still nothing. At first I thought I heard a minor jingle, but I get the exact same sound effect with other horses I tested, like the Ancient Dragon Hunter Horse. So I guess it's just supposed to be the sound of the tack rattling. The actual jingling of the bells is gone.

    Please, ZOS, bring back the jingle pony I paid for! :'(

    Can confirm, this is so sad :'( I don't have the Saturalia Ice Steed, but does anyone know if it has/had the jingle noises too?

    Hi All, thanks for reporting this. We are aware of the issue and have a bug in for this. We are not sure of the ETA on a fix. But the team has this on their radar.

    I think I remember this coming up at least last year at the holidays, and maybe the year before too. I don't have the mount myself.

    Yes, there is a thread from 2021 about this issue. I've tried their suggestion of turning down music and turning up ambient sounds as well however this is not working this year for me and I'm positive it was working in 2023.

    Will try submitting a ticket/bug report.

    That was half of the pint/perk of that mount... I had spurs that jingle jangle jingle. :/

    @ZOS_Kevin Awesome news! If it makes any difference, this is happening (for me) on PCNA.

    Thanks for confirming the team is aware - hoping so much for all the jingle lovers to receive an early holiday surprise bugfix in time for the New Life festival.

    Thanks also to those who checked and validated the issue was not just PEBKAC.
