Thoroughly disappointed in the festivals from ZOS. The Xmas one was just more of the same rinse and repeat from years past. Previously they would put in a little effort with items you received on Christmas day such as the hat, which I thought was a nice touch. The 10th anniversary should have been an opportunity to say thank you to the players. Instead they put the rewards behind an RNG wall. the only one I really wanted was the Manimarco staff. I did between 15-20 dolmens each and every day of the festival and still didn't get it. While I don't usually have a problem with RNG, when it comes to festivals it should be the companies way of say thanks for the past 10 years. Well done to those who got one or more of the motifs. For me though it instead feels like a slap in the face.

It was still going on last night? I ran around all the dolmens in Alik'r yesterday morning, and I wasn't getting any Anniversary boxes, and the even was still on for another hour. Hrmmm.

Farmed all of them for many hours, only got Trueflame and Sunnah'rah...

Against my better judgement I tried to get the dolmen motif in addition to the fishing one. Extremely bad idea. I spent three evenings only running from one dolmen to the next and got absolutely nothing.

One more very happy player after several hundred dolmens.

Who thought this would be a good idea? As a "reward" nonetheless?

All of them because I guess I got lucky and was masochistic enough to farm them for hours on end while watching tv (I didn't even know about these replica pages until like 2 days before the event ended...so I definitely had to scramble to get them!) I admittedly am not working atm and bedridden recently due to a chronic health flare, so I had the time to waste. But YIKES. I spent about 15 hours farming geysers for that stupid staff page. I never wanna see another geyser in my life. The dolmens were annoying, too, but at least they don't take like 4 minutes per cycle like geysers do. The WB ones were trash and I had to do it on off hours, otherwise I wouldn't be getting any event boxes. Fishing I got super lucky and took like 10 minutes. But I ate through 25+ xp scrolls that lasted an hour each, so yeah, I feel a little ashamed that I spent so much time on this...

But yeah, if I actually had a life, there is no way I would have been able to get those things.

I got all of them in one day of grinding for 6 hours, honestly I thought I was unlucky at the time, now I see I am loved by luck.

I found 4 of them (Barbas helm, Sunnah'Rah, Flame Sword, and Staff of Worms), but I didn't bother to farm geysers. I tried once and decided that it wasn't worth that kind of grind and frustration, especially with how many others were farming it and how infrequent I was getting drops/boxes.

The geyser one sucked the most.

Got them all though. I enjoy the grind.

I took a break from the game before the event, but even if I would have played during that time, I would not have bothered.
When I was active, I only played ESO for 15 to 30 mins a day in the last 6 months.

If there is another event like this with this endless grinding, I won't take part anymore

4/5 final count for me.
Fishing one took only a few minutes, the every other one took exponentially more time, from several hours to entire days.
The Barbas helm refused to drop at all for me in the end, despite grinding hundreds of WBs over several days.
Can't say it's been a fun experience.

Fact that this event had me asking myself whether I should miss a day of work in order to grind til the very last minute of the event for my 5th page just so it wouldn't feel like I wasted nearly an entire week of repetitive nonsense was alarming.
(I chose to give up and went to bed at 3AM and did not miss work, mind you. But I'm mad this game had me on the ropes like that.)
