How many of the "RARE" style motifs have you got during this event?
20min fishing (which is totally fine), under 200 dolmen (not fine), around 60 vvardenfell WB for staff, barbas helm not yet found (i'm close to 250 WB) - only 20 geyser in summerset, don't really like them -.-' (and no drop obviously)
if this kind of "fun" will return in future events, i guess a long pause from the game is in order...
Rather than asking how rare they are, maybe a few better questions might be:
1. How long (hours) did it take to get them all, if you have them all.
2. On many hours have you spent grinding for them?
3. Which do you find the easiest to get?
————
I’ve only got 3/5.
The first was Dolmen, which I got on day 1 of event after ~2 hours
My second was fishing, which I got in an hour (but had both fishing CP slotted plus Sharp’s boon)
The third was Staff from Vvardenfall, which I got on day 4.
I’ve been grinding Vvardenfall WBs for the last 4 days since the staff drop, and no sign of Barbas helmet….
….TBH I’m fed up with the bad drop rate with the styles…I’ve got plenty of other stuff to do in ESO.
I understand ZOS want them ‘earned’ but there’s a way to balance without it becoming tedious, and this isn’t it.
@ZOS_GinaBruno maybe next time, just have them as a % chance per purple box instead?
I haven't gotten any of them, but then I haven't tried to get them and as far as I remember haven't done any of the required activities.
Grinding something that's been in the game for years for a rare chance at a motif is not remotely appealing to me, especially as part of a 'celebration'. Since there's nothing new to do in the anniversary I'm just playing as normal.

"Remember in this game we call life that no one said it's fair"
On vacation. Potato Wi-Fi, can’t do anything that requires any quick reactions, even fishing. Everything feels like I have to count to 3 before something happens.
None. I tried the geysers for many hours and then fishing as I'd read that was an easy one, didn't get that either after a couple of hours and said tae heck with this, and now ignore them.
Didn't really bother to get the other ones after reading all the complaints about the drop-rates.
One dolmen. one geysir, one WB per day - that's it. I'm definitely not going to join this endless and mindless grind.
Just the fishing one. It took about an hour and just as I was thinking it wasn't going to happen it appeared.
I'm all too well aware of the psychological game that's played in these grinds. You start optimistically, you find yourself settling into the grind, all too quickly you find you've wasted so much time you don't want to stop...
Just when you're getting desperate you're given what is essentially a useless piece of shiny, and you feel grateful!
I just got my 4th one, so only the helm is left. The fishing one was the easiest, but the dolmen one was most profitable, since I was getting the boxes from each as well as the chest.
Got Trueflame (3 times, sigh) while fishing with a friend.
I'm not interested in collecting the others.

Overland difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 24 DLCs. 40 game changing updates including One Tamriel, an overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver & Gold as a "you think you do but you don't" - tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game. I'm bored of dungeons, I'm bored of trials; make a personal difficulty slider for overland. It's not that hard.
PC/NA 5/5, PC/EU 4/5
Not spending too much time grinding, fishing was relaxing and took total 212 casts for both EU and NA accounts. Rest were when I got to that char in crafting order (10 per EA/NA) that I wanted to level skills up and all... sans Vvardenfell staff drop, were within first 30 mins per. All good IMO, as I was stacking purple boxes with some really wanted styles and hordes of recipes the group is learning. I do not camp any spots, run amuck with everyone else and figure out what I killed when the lights fade...
3 chars left to level on EU and looking forward to some speed smashing and boxes.
Peace
I think most are just trying a bit too hard and burning themselves out. If one style is not dropping within an hour or so, I suggest moving on to another style and grind that for a while, or just doing something else and try later.
From the easiest to hardest ones I would say: Trueflame, Staff of Worms, Ul'vor Staff, and then Barbas Helmet and Sunna'rah staff.
Probably will stop here, today 54 geysers, 45 dolmens and 37 WBs have netted 0 pages.
That's a lot of playing time with little to show for it, and the Fallout TV series is waiting to be watched...
Are you talking about alternate accounts? As far as I know, when you unlock the style with your character, it is unlocked for all characters on that account.
