Locked out of the game without logging to PTS for years

    I am also getting the Access code popup on two accounts and on both servers. I have not been on PTS. Account names are Sn0spray and Milomax.

    i have the same problem and havent been on pts since forever ago now im another daily reward short and a day of jubilee rewards gone

    For those getting the Access Code prompt, try canceling it and logging in again. This has been happening to me intermittently for a long time. If no mail comes, I'm able to get it by just canceling the code prompt.

    Not sure that'll help everyone but worth a try. Good Luck!

    There's a lot of people that do this, especially when there's any kind of Free Account/Trial Period going on.

    Game asks for a code that doesn't exist. Account name : Uryel_Stormrider. EU server. Haven't logged in PTS since... Before Summerset was released, more or less. Everything was fine yesterday, but didn't have time to try this morning.

    While we're at it, this "enter code" system needs MAJOR fixing. I've already tried contacting support about it several times, but as per usual, they weren't exactly helpful.     - This request is often random and unrelated to anything. I mean, we don't have fixed IP here so I'd understand if it happened when our router's external IP changes, but then everyone in the house should be affected. My wide rarely ever gets this request, while I get it ALOT.

    - Most of the time, cancelling and entering your password again is enough to get in, bypassing the code entirely. Which defeats the whole purpose of this system.

    - When the code is actually needed, in the best cases it takes like 10 minutes to recieve it. And as of right now, it doesn't arrive, at all. I've been waiting for almost an hour now.

    And this has been going on for YEARS. At least give us the option to remove that crap.

    @ZOS_Kevin update to this one, I've also tried logging into EU (I normally play on NA) and get the "enter a code" screen for EU server. Played fine on EU yesterday once NA went down. NA gives me the cannot login message same as others on here.

    having the same issue, tried logging on to the forums here and was required to reset my password. I thought maybe that would have fixed it, but trying to login to the game, I am getting the same error as everyone else. I am also on the NA server and have never used the PTS

    Not to mention bonus once-per-day drops during events, and really only one account needs ESO+ for the crafting bag, the rest can shuffle mats to it for storage. But the guild bank is huge, and totally worth it when the base game accounts are on sale. Private guild bank helps hugely with my hoarding of motif and style pages.

    This isn't working right now. In the past if I've misspelled my password and got the access code message I've cancelled and logged in, but I've repeatedly tried to log in over the last 3 hours and no go. Thanks for suggesting a solution though :smile:

    Getting the same Login Error as others on this post. (Note: I didn't log in to PTS and do not have an email regarding such)

    I just tested and can login on both PCEU and PCNA, looks like the issue is solved

    Hi all, we have done some investigating and determined that login issues with signing in are related to the ESO store and account maintenance occurring right now. This is not tied to the account specific rollbacks. So once maintenance ends, you should be able to log back in.

    We are going to continue to monitor this as well. Thanks to everyone who assisted us in the investigation.
