Locked out of the game without logging to PTS for years

    All report they are locked out. Nefas was locked due to being on the PTS, but also reports he's seeing the "incorrect password" screen.

    If that were the issue, ZOS would not currently be investigating.

    Account ids: Ketrinne1997, Tanzeliq, Termagant12 - same error msg, both PCNA and EU.

    You're looking at a 28-hour rollback for everyone on PC-NA to accomplish that. They didn't want to do even a 9.75-hour universal rollback.

    A single account gives you access to both PC-NA and PC-EU servers. Those are not separate accounts. If you went on PTS yesterday, your account has been temporarily suspended while they roll back your PC-NA status to 9:30am Eastern yesterday. That will mean you cannot access either server on that account until they're done with the targeted rollback (2-3 days). You will also likely not be able to log in to the website, since that's the same account.

    Edit: just to be clear - I have never downloaded the PTS, did not access NA yesterday at all and very little the prior few weeks having been on the EU server. Have not been able to access either server (getting the "sending an access code" msg or Login failed msgs).

    For future reference, character names cannot have numbers.

    Yes, that's what they should have done immediately as soon as the issue was reported. Full rollback of everybody and then bring the servers back.

    So this is not part of the Account System maintenance? I was able to play this morning but have had the "Login failed. Your username and password may be incorrect or inactive at this time..." message for the last few hours.

    10 PC NA accounts, none can sign in : TholosTB, TholosTB2, and TholosTB_3 through _10.
    All accounts were accessible this morning, the issue happened between 11:00 and 12:00 Central Time US.
    All accounts get same Error 201 (7:4:182:429) Login Failed.

    Have restarted client and launcher.
    Logging into forums works so it's not a unified login error.
    No PTS usage during the event yesterday, no suspension emails.
    Swapping to PC EU server gives the email code prompt, but no email was received.

    I'm having issues logging into the server too. Here are a few of my accounts.

    Hopefully this can be fixed very soon as Guild Trader flip is in an Hour...
    Not being able to log into the server is nerve-racking when you own trade guilds.

    Wildberryjack. It says it's sent an access code for me to log in but it hasn't. I've tried multiple times and it's now giving a general login error.

    Account ID: xTrickJr and I get the same error as OP saying my username/password is wrong when they are correct.
    Game was fine today around 11AM UTC.
    Never entered PTS.

    If i login via account name and password i get error.
