RedJohn_COF✭✭Oils currently don't stack at all.
Also: You can still buy the old bridge repair kits, not sure if that is intended.

✭I just checked PTS and cold stone ones kinda stack but not all of them together. And yes those ones are full health siege weapons, and as you see instead of one stack it makes multiple stacks there.
