I still have the classic Soul Gem weights in my Bank. Lesser, Petty, etc. For some reason they didn't disappear after the update to standardize soul gems way back in the before times. I don't have the heart to be rid of them.

Not counting pets, since they're no longer items taking up inventory space, I think the oldest would be a ring of Mara from my purchase back in 2014. Honorable mention to a few dozen plump maggots, from the time those were provisioning ingredients.

I can never bring myself to use it because it takes so damn long to accrue.

Also, If I gold a piece of jewelry, and it goes up for sale next weekend at the Golden Vendor, I will throw my Xbox controller out the window.

2014 preorder items aside (like the imgakin), I don't think I have the Mara ring anymore that I've used from the pledge. May still have some of the original trophy vault keys, but not sure.

What I do keep around though is one of my oldest sets, Elf Bane, as those specific items are still in the original Argonian style and not in the later remade faction styles.

And every now and then I do like to show off my 30/03/2014 achievement

I have a Canis Root, which was a recipe ingredient in the original release of ESO. It isn't used anymore, I just keep it in my bank to remind me of olden times.

Almost forgot, has the robe you started with in coldharbor as an sorcerer. Think sorcerer is the only one starting with a robe.
So it probably dates back to early access.

I'd have to go looking, but fairly certain I have a few items, I've got stashed away somewhere.

I think there's some pre summerset gold jewelry, very old trial gear and other stuff I golded out back then too.

I can't remember if I kept or used my CE maps from when I first got the game in early 2015.

I do know I have a few of the old IC vault key items (I used to have a bunch from all of the 6 different vaults, but may have used a couple to clear inventory space in the past).

I have a few of all the og IC key frags (monsters claws, etc) and a few pieces of Bind on equip trials pieces that got moved to BOP dung sets..and my favorites my axes of the elder and younger sisters from way back ..my buddy golded them out and gave them to me

A while back we got some free race change tokens which can be used to change appearance. You don't actually have to pick a new race when using them, you can just use the appearance customisation options.

Alternatively you could delete and remake the character. Now the game is older and new characters are made less frequently it's very unlikely someone else will try using the same name in the time it takes you to get through the character creator. Although if you're worried you could decide on the appearance first and take screenshots of the sliders so you can get through the menu more quickly.

Bind on Equip Ebon Armory gear that I got as a reward for some weekly trial or perhaps PVP reward. I can't recall where it came from exactly, I have a belt too somewhere if I remember correctly.

Two of the robes so one has to be from early access in coldharbor.
Hard to get older than that so

Some uniquely named quest reward weapons and armor from the time I started (at the beginning of 2016).
An old ring of Mara.
Almost 8 years old food and drink items, because I thought it was a good idea to preproduce them so I don't have to craft them freshly each day for the crafting daily - but they're so many that I'll probably never going to make use of them all anyway (at least the low-level ones).
