    The first reply from support is always a bot with canned text. Just reply to it and repeat your woes. Do not update the ticket unnecessarily because that pushes it on bottom of queue.

    Yea i got the same answer in gmail, is the same text i posted here in the last capture, they said that i won't be able to have my gifted item.
