Can't log in to NA server says I need Access Code

The code never arrives at my email address associated with my account. I'm starting to get concerned that my account has been hacked.

Try logging on to your ACCOUNT on the website.
If you can't LOGON, like after clicking on the button
the page just refreshes and you still see the LOGON screen,
THEN you have a problem SAME as mine.
Seems to be reachability issues going to ESO.
I RESOLVED it by using a VPN connection
which gives you a different routing and reachability to ESO.PC NA

Back in Auriel's Bow 1.0, I have thought that the best way to handicap a faction with the HUGE pop advantage is to temporarily disable their grouping functionality and their ability to fight in 3rd person point of view! Let's see if these do not even up the odds.1 -

Flangdoodle✭✭✭Is it a Gmail address? Sometimes the way Gmail threads emails by assuming that every email from the same place is part of the same conversation can lose emails down the thread. Search your history, your spam folder and text with like "code" etc.0 -

Yahoo mail, I looked in trash, spam and the inbox...no emails from Bethesda/Zenimax today. It seems it's a server issue based on the notice on my screen:

That ACCESS CODE prompt in the game client really cannot be trusted and does not work correctly 100% Will send you in a wild goose chase looking for such email that was NEVER SENT in the first place. PLEASE FIX THIS.PC NA

Hello, it is still not working on the EU server. Can't log-in on the account management system (log in page shows indefinitely) and the game ask for code I don't receive through mail, it's 9AM CEST0 -

I am not sure 'giving it a few minutes' is going to work when we have access barred and no code sent in email. more worryingly my email/password is not enabling me to access my account/billing. This is not a hiccup in my view but quite a serious issue.1 -

I can't login either. Need access code. account.elderscrollsonline.com also is inaccessible, it won't login, and if it does, I just get loading bars on all the information. The login/account servers are on life support I think.0 -

Ulfson✭✭✭I also can't login to either of my two accounts and been trying for over 30 minutes. Every month now I have had this same issue at least once if not twice. The emails never come. It would be nice if the login system could report what is actually wrong and when it might be working again.1
