Can't log in to NA server says I need Access Code

The code never arrives at my email address associated with my account. I'm starting to get concerned that my account has been hacked.
I can't log into the NA server or my account online.

Same issue.

Try logging on to your ACCOUNT on the website.
If you can't LOGON, like after clicking on the button
the page just refreshes and you still see the LOGON screen,
THEN you have a problem SAME as mine.

Seems to be reachability issues going to ESO.
I RESOLVED it by using a VPN connection
which gives you a different routing and reachability to ESO.

Um...suddenly I can log in after trying for an hour or so. I was just able to log onto the NA server and my account.

Is it a Gmail address? Sometimes the way Gmail threads emails by assuming that every email from the same place is part of the same conversation can lose emails down the thread. Search your history, your spam folder and text with like "code" etc.

Yahoo mail, I looked in trash, spam and the inbox...no emails from Bethesda/Zenimax today. It seems it's a server issue based on the notice on my screen:
"We are currently investigating issues some players are having logging into the megaservers. We will update as new information becomes available."

Hey All, we had a bit of a hiccup with the system, but things should be recovering now. Give it a few minutes if you are still having trouble getting in. If that doesn't work, ping me and we'll get information over to the dev team to investigate.

My HIRELINGS were expecting me.
Asked about why I was LATE.

Reachability issues it seems.

That ACCESS CODE prompt in the game client really cannot be trusted and does not work correctly 100% Will send you in a wild goose chase looking for such email that was NEVER SENT in the first place. PLEASE FIX THIS.

Guess I will be losing a daily reward for a bunch of my accounts. Sheesh.

Oh, and yes, I restarted my client. And my computer.

Same as everyone above, can't log into game or account. PC/EU. Didn't seem to have any issues yesterday when it seems the problems started for others

Hello, it is still not working on the EU server. Can't log-in on the account management system (log in page shows indefinitely) and the game ask for code I don't receive through mail, it's 9AM CEST

I am not sure 'giving it a few minutes' is going to work when we have access barred and no code sent in email. more worryingly my email/password is not enabling me to access my account/billing. This is not a hiccup in my view but quite a serious issue.

I can't login either. Need access code. account.elderscrollsonline.com also is inaccessible, it won't login, and if it does, I just get loading bars on all the information. The login/account servers are on life support I think.

Well I got in for a while decided to get out and make some coffee. Came back and the same issue is happening again, request for code.

I also can't login to either of my two accounts and been trying for over 30 minutes. Every month now I have had this same issue at least once if not twice. The emails never come. It would be nice if the login system could report what is actually wrong and when it might be working again.
