Missing twitch drops!

So if anyone has a suggestion - or should I just wait a bit more - they usually hit within 15 minutes for me....
Most likely, just another 4 purple gems, but it is nice to get them, when I can.

so I just relinked again inside the eso account, but I'm missing 2 drops from past few days...1 -

I had the same thing happen to me, not sure why it would unlink itself though. So now I guess I'll wait and see if they show up if you link your account after claiming!0 -

RagnarSw✭✭✭Reporting in. I also haven't gotten my last 2 crates. Either the console U36 one or the event one. Checked my accounts and they were linked. I unlinked and relinked just in case. Still nothing. I think there is a bug going on.0

Tranquilizer✭✭✭✭Same here. Didn't receive the last two crates. On Twitch account shows as linked, on ESO Account page it was not. Just klicked on the Twitch button and it was linked again. Hopefully I'll get the crate from today's Twitch campaign.
Update: Received today's crate, still missing the last two I didn't receive while my account was not linked preoperly. Any chance to get them ? I've been wondering why I haven't received my crate as well and I checked my account today and sure enough it was unlinked. I NEVER changed mine so I wonder how it got unlinked in the first place. especially with NO notice!0 -

I've been going back and forth with customer service on a ticket. They say I claimed it and used it, and I keep telling them I claimed and used yesterday's after I discovered I had been unlinked, relinked, and watched the event drop stream for a new unrelated drop to the one the other day I did not get.
So I got one and am missing one. Launch week drop vs dark heart of Skyrim drop. They don't seem to understand that.
