10seconds is not right.. its normally less than 1 second

I'm a little upset about the weekly endeavor for dungeons. Bar at 5/6 and I wasn't able to load into any dungeon to get it done. After several of these endless load screens I just called it a day.

Because I sure as hell don't understand how a company with your reputation, lifetime and backing, could possibly be so inept unless the issue is being handled by interns.
