Endless Loadscreen

Just happened to me twice when trying to enter random dungeons. Killed the game the first time after 3 mins, second time I lost lobby connection after 3 mins.

yeah it doesn't seem to make sense and is sporadic, some people are fine others are not, one of my friends is just in Wayrest doing their writs and having huge lag and loading screens walking around.

It's all fine on my side either except when I try using LFG tool, if a dlc dungeon is selected I have an endless loading screen which ends with error 334.

10seconds is not right.. its normally less than 1 second

Taking into consideration that I am from the EU and playing on the Na server sometimes, with a laptop, 10 seconds seem fine to me

Just tried to do a random vet on my healer. Queue popped quickly however it seems like none of us were able to get into the dungeon. After a couple of minutes of loading screen, I force quit and relaunched the game. The game put me in Deshaan and not in the dungeon and shortly after logging back in, I watched as two of my group members went offline. I tried to manually travel to the dungeon from a wayshrine and appear to be stuck in another endless loading screen. (PC/NA)

After that load screen, I decided to attempt to port in (alone) into a trial just to see if I could get in and I encounter the same endless load screen trying to get into HRC that I did with the EHI pug (still PC/NA)

Queues have been working for Battlegrounds, but I've been booted out on loading screens several times now. (PC/NA)

I'm a little upset about the weekly endeavor for dungeons. Bar at 5/6 and I wasn't able to load into any dungeon to get it done. After several of these endless load screens I just called it a day.

It's the weekend fellas. Cya on Monday. Any problems we had on xbox servers years back unless crown store was affected got fixed after the weekend.



Editing: could have been something with Microsoft not letting them do fixes also. Always 2 sides a story

PC/NA instanced group content seems to be broken. As others have mentioned long load screen, then disconnect from lobby, log back in and rest of group is listed as offline.

From all the signs it seems they can't fully fix whatever the problem is. They replaced a part that failed but even then, when we hit peak times it grinds to a halt. After maintenance slow loading zones, probably tonight the same issues as last night. We might need to face reality that it isn't going to get better. Probably the reason for all the job listings. They need a new direction.

Pretty bad, can't even log in to the game as I've been in the "Login Queue" with an "approximate wait time: 1 sec" for over 10 minutes now.

The exact same problem for me (I'm on PC/NA) .-.

Oh I love this. Finally managed to boot into dungeon, only to have it crash me to black screen.

I have found.
1. you can get in to a dungeon alone and solo it.

2. You can enter a Dungeon fine and then if someone groups with you and tries to enter after they get a load screen untill game drops them to log-in, or crash to desktop.


This need to be fixed ASAP

Yeah this was fixed briefly last night (9pm-12pm) NZST the LFG stuff seemed to be working, And looking at these comments....oh boy.

This is just embarrassing, and what's even more embarrassing is how many people are saying this is alright and people complaining just "don't understand". No, We cant understand how you can take thousands of dollars of our money, and constantly let us down with subpar performance and ancient hardware. It's an embarrassment to the studio and the parent company imo. Are these unpaid interns "fixing" all these problems now? Because I sure as hell don't understand how a company with your reputation, lifetime and backing, could possibly be so inept unless the issue is being handled by interns.

Its hilarious that you are fulfilling the prophecy of driving people away, I know like 12 people that either returned or just started ESO, and they cant even play. Like what the heck is that? Do you just not want us playing anymore? You made this big speech about communication with us, and yet last night you took the servers down, "maint'd something" and legitimately said nothing and not even a notation here on this thread about any news, and took away the banner about keeping us informed.

You are more than happy to come after us when we break or accidentally mess up on the EULA, and yet you are totally free and fine to act like this towards your paying customers? These problems wouldn't be such a big issue and you wouldn't have hundreds of comments complaining on just ONE thread on ONE of your social medias, if you just treated us like actual important customers and TALKED to us. If you don't know, SAY IT. SAY YOU DONT KNOW WHATS HAPPENING. Your silence is absolutely deafening on this.

From what I've been seeing they "Shard-ed" the servers a couple of days ago which could be a cause of the current issues, but the lack of communication on their part is actually infuriating. I don't want to be a negative Nancy or be inconsiderate of the lives of people who spend all their time polishing and developing this game; but this is something that all players should be able to see without them having to dig through 50 different threads until one random user links an announcement about server stuff.
