I've been on PC-NA tonight from 7.30pm EDT until now (when I got booted off) and it's been a nightmare.

Guild Traders, Guild Banks, Mail, and Inter-zone transfers are all broken. It is taking 10+ minutes to buy a single item from a Guild store. Good luck getting into Guild Banks at all. And Mail is randomly telling people that it can't send the mail or that the recipient's inbox is full, even when players are not even trying to send mail.

Inter-zone transfers jumping to a player (guildie or friend) are taking 2-5+ minute loading screens.

Intra-zone transfers from wayshrine to wayshrine are mostly not too bad (30 seconds-2 minutes for 4/5 group members), but going in and out of delves has led to 2-5+ minute loading screens every time.

Groups are also buggered - people are getting stuck in dead groups with offline people. Groups are randomly deciding not to exist while you're still in the middle of playing (our group of 5 players for Northern Elsweyr daily quests fell apart twice).

The Group Finder may also be broken but hard to tell if it's different to usual, considering that Groups themselves are broken.

Basically, absolutely EVERYTHING is the same from a player point of view as it was when you had that bad/failing network port. The game is behaving the exact same way, with all of the same symptoms that we had before.

Surely this isn't just Primetime server load due to the Jesters' Festival?

Unable to log in at all.

Waited 8 minutes in que, to get kicked to say i was already logged in, now 15 minutes i que.

The game kept giving me an error message about not being able to verify the game version. So I tried the repair tool a couple times. When that didn't work, I unistalled>reinstalled, and that seemed to work. And then it lost me while loading into a delve. Now it's a 9+ minute wait. In other words, it's time for me to do something else. Hope it improves for those that still want to log in. Good luck.

You had the same error during the surprise Explorers event, and now the exact same issues during Jesters Festival.

Do you realise how antogonising it is to ESO plus subscribers we can't change zones as trapped in unending screens, or that the group finder for dungeons is broken?

This is completely unacceptable! We want to know WHY on earth this is still happening, WHAT the plan is to address this and WHEN we can expect it.

We are entitled to ask what appropriate steps are to escalate this, and is not against forum rules or trolling.

What do we have to do to actually get a time relevant response to fix this!? Do I lodge a complaint with Microsoft, as the parent company, directly to draw attention that Zenimax is failing to deliver on access to a paid service? What exactly.

Please advise what we need to do in order for feedback and an Actual RESPONSE.

16 min login q. I like ESO, but not that much that I'll wait that long to play especially if I login to laggy servers. Gonna find something else to play and try later if I'm still online.

Since all my relevant posts are getting locked I will write this here. I just waited through 10 minute queue to login and at the last seconds it disconnects me.

Switching zones… been stuck in load screen for multiple minutes multiple times, but this last one has been 10 minutes. Maybe it’s time to spend my money somewhere else

16 minute queue to only time out trying to load the character screen. Now waiting through a 17 minute queue.

Several things causing issues: Patch Manifest Error on Launcher; or Patch Version Error on Launcher. A Repair is asked for... has been done twice. A full uninstall-reinstall also has been done once. Still these Launcher errors come up - can still play the game BUT not sure what is going on behind the scenes. Certainly is unstable.

In addition, after last night's "FIX"... we still have the above issues. Today, Queue not working properly if at all. Moreover it has not really worked well since before launch of Update 33. Even grouping up, and queuing into a dungeon, people are left behind, looking like they are offline or not in group anymore. Traveling directly into the dungeon seems to put everyone back into group and instance. Queue is a "BASIC" component of this game... it needs to be fixed. Even if already grouped up it does not work well. Tonight... writing this email... I cannot access my bank, my in game mail, my Guild store or trader.

Get to work on fixing what seem like a bunch of database issues and access problems.

Yep - back to Update 33 issues.

Was playing about 9PM EST. Dungeon finder not working but still able to get zone (slowly) so I was at least able to run Festival for the day. Then 30 minutes later got locked in zoning to Stormhaven. 10 minutes of hanging, I had to close out. Now I can't log in. Getting the various issues....1 second queue. Account Already Logged in. Need to repair launcher. FInally able to get to character selection (after about 5 minutes of waiting) only to be dropped with the "Account Already Logged In" error again.

I was so looking forward to playing tonight....guess that won't happen anytime soon.

Just canceled tonight's raid. We just weren't able to get 12 people in game at the same time. Tried for 30 min then gave up. Unsubbed my yearly because it has been a couple weeks now, progress should be made but it is worse than launch day.

Also, did you guys switch the NA and EU servers? just a thought. All the sudden their server problems seem to be ours and ours theirs. It doesn't seem an unreasonable hypothesis that which characters are on which machines have been switched. If that is the case, the experiment worked, it is the machines that caused the EU server to be non-functional before and the N.A. one to be so now. Buy some new machines and fix it.

ANOTHER WEEKEND TRASHED......Thank you ZOS for another UNPLAYABABLE weekend... maybe a couple more experience scrolls THAT WE CANNOT USE will help? GET IT TOGETHER

Screen still loading

"some players" - NOBODY can play properly now, even if they can get logged in. People posting in zone chat, and on all my discord groups. Game performance is making it UNPLAYABLE. For the second day in a row at prime US time. And its nearly 2 weeks since the update.

Umm... Can you call us when you fix it - I mean for more than 30 minutes?
Because I don't think it's fair that I have to spend 4 hours of my time to get 30 minutes of actual playtime. and then get locked out again. And again. And again. I am a maniac player with 54 toons I regularly play (cp1100 for the lowest toons) and usually pretty patient. But this is ridiculous. I thought one of the big reasons for the PTS was for avoiding these issues.
