Remove vampire ultimate from PvP!

    honnestly i don't go in pvp anymore BECAUSE of this vampire problem.

    At the very beginning of the game pvp fight were balanced : a group of 24 guys vs 24 guys was a good fighting time. Every build had their weakness and strenght for sure, but as a solo guy, no matter was your build, you didn't have any chance vs more than 2 guys (if they were at about the same lvl).

    Now i see more and more vampires taking 10+ groups ALONE, even if guys in front of us are at the same level... or higher leveled !

    the amazing thing about TESO is the inifite build possibilities. and we now have, in pvp, 2 valuable builds :
    1. vampire
    2. anti vampire

    Watch the ranking in pvp : almost all the top five players are actually DK/vampires, emperors are dk/vampires. Even when you are in PVE, what can you read anytime ? "WTB vampire bite".

    So, are we playing now in a "twilight" mmo ?

    Why do you think all the "kevins" are playing DK and just want one thing : vampire bite? Because it is OP ! Kevins always want the OP build, in any game, and in TESO they want THIS build... So, nerf please !

    ***, and for those who think i am crying... i am not. I don't care behing the strongest man in game, but i just want to play a balanced game. Semi-God mod builds should not exist, thats all we ask here.

    On a less sarcastic note, you can't blame ZoS for the PLAYERS who are taking advantage of a broken system that ZoS knows about and is in the process of fixing. Will Vampires still be like they are now in PvP after patch 1.1, I have no idea but I can bet there will be much rejoicing when it hits... unless you are one of the Vampires that got "fixed" ofc ;)

    I don't want vamp removed from any part of ESO, certainly not PvP....where am I going to get my hunting blood sucker satisfaction??!!

    But seriously.....I watch those VR10 DK Vamps...walk....leisurely....through three raids, with their shield up out for a stroll with bats all around them...zero damage. Pretty much complete nonsense and when I see it, I don't see a "skilled PvP'er" I see someone who found a very simple way to farm in pvp with little effort. Time for a fix there.

    I don't stand behind the ones on my faction and cheer them on, sorry....I think they are all lame hacks and undead bloodsuckers to boot lol! But the fix needs to happen sooner rather than later. Soon as these guys show up people are just leaving whichever campaign they are in, and jumping to a different one. They are literally refusing to play on the same field as the VR10DKVAMP Former Emp....and that's pretty sad, and ZoS needs to address it pretty quickly.

    Me.....I'll wait patiently in the light, eagerly awaiting my moment to skewer this vampire uprising across Cyrodil.

    If you read all the fixes carefully and read all the official statements from the ZOS employees, Vamps are getting... Buffed?

    Here is the big change for vampires when 1.1 hits:

    Vampire:
    Bat Swarm: Fixed an issue that was allowing this ability to erroneously deal damage through walls.
    Vampire passive abilities will no longer stop working when your character dies.

    I Agree with everyone saying the builds are the issue and not so much the vampires. That being said it does seem like a big flaw in the logic of ESO to have WW be next to useless for anything (Seriously have you heard of any builds using WW? its more like a RP element than a skill line), whereas Vampires are beast for PvP, and because of that you see a Majority of people who dominate in PvP are Vamps.

    Vampires by themselves are not OP, and the Build that makes them OP is only OP because of the Vampires, by themselves they wouldn't be OP at all.

    so we have some options:

    1. The Easy Fix: Make it where the World Skills are disabled in pvp. This would mean Soul Magic (already useless in PvP, unless you wanna argue soulburst, but really you shouldnt build your character around dying ;P), Werewolf (Again already useless) and Vampire.

    2. The Balance Fix: Make the Vamp, DK, etc. Balanced so you dont have OP Builds. There are Multiple ways to do this and maybe there is no "Right" combination.

    3. The Nerf Fix: Make Vamps/DK useless. Because the only thing better than one dead battery is 2 dead batteries. (Batteries = Skill lines) And everyone loves a watered down MMO where no matter what build you choose you get the same experience.

    it seems that the main issue here is DK Vampires and to what i gather is an never ending ultimate?

    i dont know how they can spam thier ultimate over and over. as a nightblade with the Drain essence morphed to give me Ultimate points, it still takes a bit to raise ultimate.

    there are stilll plenty of ways to kill a vampire. Fire abilities, Fighters Guild skill line etc... i think the real issue here is people are not exploiting our weaknesses, and then cry about it when a vampire shows up and kills them.

    all i hear in this thread is allot of WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH QQ.

    I find the situation with vampires in this game very strange.

    They are because of things in the game not working properly, over powered at the moment when they get going with mist+ ultimate which is not supposed to be compatible.

    Then the other part of it, a vamp has a very tuff time against someone with silver bolts, they can be stunlocked from one skill.

    This balance is bad for both vamps and non vamps.

    Its a build that reduces the cost of their ultimate to around 34, with Passives/skills that grant them steady ultimate. but with an Ult cost of 34 it doesnt take long to pop another one...

    Also apparently there is a build (or a hack if you ask me) that makes the Ult cost 0 (or very very close) which results in a never ending Ult

    It's not just DK. Sorc vamps are charging into zergs as well and as all the new/lower level players charge in to their bat swarm the whole zerg dies and the vamp remains un-touched.

    I am a DK tank, i like to play melee, i have been FORCED to adopt range on my second bar because of the sheer amount of vampire vets running around Cyrodiil right now.

    PvP right now is useless. I leveled a NB to vet 10 and was thinking of starting hardcore PvP as my endgame. After two days in cyrodiil I realised that doing good in PvP is equal to having the better (or more) vampires. I am not a vampire, nor do I wish to become one. Therefore I am vampire food. Thanks Zenimax for making me waste time to level up a character and actually having hopes that your PvP was well designed instead of relying on one sole factor to do good.
    When I joined cyrodiil yesterday my whole alliance was spawncamped (at the starting location) by two vampires for 5 hours. No progress on the map, the only reason we ever got out was because the vampires left.

    Vampires have been fixed with the latest patch passed yesterday on NA and today on EU.

    You can find it out by all the threads started by vamps crying how unjustly they are treated.

    Also, look at the WW skill tree: it's just pointless for PVP and PVE both! But this not for that thread...

    Learn how to play, sorry your build sucks. As I said before I RP a Vampire Hunter, and I can drop them with EASE.
