i know im a vr10 faceroll dk vamp out there winning 1v15s and harassing huge zergs then escaping after i kill all the melee. silverbolts and soul assaults do nothing to me i have reflective scales up 100% of the time, cant range dps us (reflect) and cant cc us (immovable) and cant snare/root if we want to get away (wep swap to retreat with elusive).
here is how you kill a dk vamp that is walking through your zerg dunking lowbies and not dying, encase and negate him, thats it, it dispels his immunity and stops swarm and he will die in 2 seconds to the zerg before he can roll out of the negate/root and cast swarm again. so all the sorcs out there running atronach or overload like a noob you only have yourself to blame until a nerf to the build comes down the line.
dont listen to the theory craft pvpers saying expert hunter with silver bolts is how you do it, those are the guys killing themselves on my reflective scales with 1200 damage snipes and 5% silver bolt procs. encase+negate, trust me.

Speculation and Rumours happen because they do not quite simply say we are looking at this mechanic.
Acknowledgement of issues is the biggest problem with Zenimax, it's this one thing that is making me thinking I shouldn't Sub. Like any investor I like to know there is some security in my investment, this investment is decidedly risky as we have no idea what is going on.....

The vamp kids try desperetly to blame it on sorcs or DKs, but the classes are not the problem; the vamp template on top of the classes are the problem. Fix the problem, fix the vamps.

It's getting impossible to get anything done vs groups of vampires either invincible or invisible with bat swarm, this is seriously starting to *** me off.

I would bet most of the detractors of the original poster are either vamps trying to avoid a nerf or wannabe vamps hoping to get it so they can have /godmode too. These types tend to cowher from fair fights. Anyone that's been in pvp has seen the op'ness of the vamp life tap ability and it has crap to do with tactics or any you need to learn to play crap. They just display their own stupidity with their l2p comments.
Fix the broke mechanics ESO. At least acknowledge it and let us know you are working on it.

Changes/Pending Changes
With that explanation, here are the changes that are being made in version 1.1 (subject to testing).
- The following abilities had a higher max limit than six, and have been fixed to be in-line with all other area-of-effect abilities:
- Consuming Darkness (Nightblade)
- Dragonknight Standard (Dragonknight)
- Negate Magic (Sorcerer)
- Scalding Rune (Fire Rune Morph - Mages Guild)
- Soul Shatter (Soul Magic)
Also, we are currently investigating Dark Talons, Blood Altar, and Rite of Passage, which may not be obeying the max target limit.
