I always get drops on both servers. This week I got 3-- the special 15-minute one for watching a Bethesda ESO stream, plus the 1-hour and 2-hour ones for watching ESO streamers-- and I got them all on both servers.

I try to play a bit on both servers everyday if time let's me,and that day after getting my drop I went to NA first to do some stuff and did open my crate.After going to EU I saw I had no crate there and was confused.

I can't check it right now, as I have already received twitch crates of this week, but it seems to me that something has changed. A few time ago twitch crates were added to the account at any time, even if I am logged out. Looks like now the confirmation e-mails (not in-game) are received at the time of first logging on the account in game.

Yea I did notice that change too,I don't remember when it exactly started to be like this.
To get the confirmation email on your email adress for the crate you have to log into the game,before you always got it shortly after claiming the crate,as you mentioned.

Drops are always per account, therefore you always get them on both servers as long you have at least one char created on both servers.
If you claim the drops while playing in a server, you need to relog in order to receive the drops.

I have 9 chars on EU and 2 on NA and even the next day after login into both servers I didn't get the crate on EU.
My guess would be a bug,maybe?
Still pretty confused as the day before it worked normally.I will have to watch out next time once there are twitch drops.

Also, did you check your drops page in Twitch to make sure the drop had been claimed? I usually try to claim it when it pops up in the stream I'm watching, but the popup is kind of short-lived and I've noticed that if I click on "Claim" it doesn't always claim the drop, presumably because the popup faded out just as I was trying to click on it.

Good thoughts an yes I double checked about claiming the drops on Twitch,sometimes it gets cluncky and they wont claim even when pressing the button several times.
Also I got the certification Email once I logged into ESO after claiming each drop.
And yea I am sure it was this weeks second crate I only had one,I am someone who opens my crates each time I have any

Same goes for the person I have spoken to,all Twitch drops he claimed this week appear on NA but not on EU.

I got today's crate for the Pan-Elsweyr drop campaign on both servers.

All my drops go to my pc account I've not touched in years or at least I'm presuming so.

I've been on xbox since the consoles version came out but even if signing in via my xbox account I don't get them there at all. It just shows me my account on pc and how my eso plus is out of date. Of course its active on the xbox.

I don't even have a pc that will run the game now so I've stopped bothering with any drops now.
