Twitch drops not counting for both servers anymore?

As for this week I did get my 2 crates from watching Twitch.
One I got on monday for the 1hour,which when I went in game I had one crate on each server.On Tuesday I got my second crate and only had the drop on NA but not on the EU server,which was really weird considering the day before I had a crate on both servers.
Did this happen to anyone too or just me?

I always get drops on both servers. This week I got 3-- the special 15-minute one for watching a Bethesda ESO stream, plus the 1-hour and 2-hour ones for watching ESO streamers-- and I got them all on both servers.

I think they're on both servers, still. But, I tend to let my EU crates stack up. So, I'm not sure how many should be there.

I try to play a bit on both servers everyday if time let's me,and that day after getting my drop I went to NA first to do some stuff and did open my crate.After going to EU I saw I had no crate there and was confused.

This issue never happen to me.
Drops are always per account, therefore you always get them on both servers as long you have at least one char created on both servers.
If you claim the drops while playing in a server, you need to relog in order to receive the drops.

The exactly same amount you received on NA, since the time you created your 1st char on EU.

I can't check it right now, as I have already received twitch crates of this week, but it seems to me that something has changed. A few time ago twitch crates were added to the account at any time, even if I am logged out. Looks like now the confirmation e-mails (not in-game) are received at the time of first logging on the account in game.

Yeah, but I've opened a bunch of them, and I'm not 100% sure how many I've earned since the last time I cracked a couple dozen crates over there.

Yea I did notice that change too,I don't remember when it exactly started to be like this.
To get the confirmation email on your email adress for the crate you have to log into the game,before you always got it shortly after claiming the crate,as you mentioned.

I have 9 chars on EU and 2 on NA and even the next day after login into both servers I didn't get the crate on EU.
My guess would be a bug,maybe?
Still pretty confused as the day before it worked normally.I will have to watch out next time once there are twitch drops.

Was just wondering if this did happen to anyone else or just me

Ok so I just talked to another person who plays on both servers and did iddle for the crates this week,he didn't turn on the game in a few days and just go into EU and saw he had no crates while on NA he had them both.

Since you didn't get a crate on one server, is it possible that the crate you got on the other server was actually one you hadn't opened yet from a previous drop rather than from the drop you thought you'd just earned?

Also, did you check your drops page in Twitch to make sure the drop had been claimed? I usually try to claim it when it pops up in the stream I'm watching, but the popup is kind of short-lived and I've noticed that if I click on "Claim" it doesn't always claim the drop, presumably because the popup faded out just as I was trying to click on it.

Good thoughts an yes I double checked about claiming the drops on Twitch,sometimes it gets cluncky and they wont claim even when pressing the button several times.
Also I got the certification Email once I logged into ESO after claiming each drop.
And yea I am sure it was this weeks second crate I only had one,I am someone who opens my crates each time I have any

Same goes for the person I have spoken to,all Twitch drops he claimed this week appear on NA but not on EU.

I wonder if they changed it to you only get them on one server, so if you log in to EU first you won't get it on NA?

This may have been a one time thing but I will try it the other way around next time again,meaning that I will go on NA first after getting a twitch crate.Will update it here again then.

Pretty curious myself if it has something to do on what server you claim the crate first.

All my drops go to my pc account I've not touched in years or at least I'm presuming so.

I've been on xbox since the consoles version came out but even if signing in via my xbox account I don't get them there at all. It just shows me my account on pc and how my eso plus is out of date. Of course its active on the xbox.

I don't even have a pc that will run the game now so I've stopped bothering with any drops now.

I claimed EU first on my secondary account and NA first on my main account. It was fine both times.
