Maybe those prog groups could stop, smell the roses and enjoy the chapter instead of demanding folks go out on day 1 and farm it as if its a job and not a video game xD
@ZOS_GinaBruno Are you one of those who relish at the thought of players grinding endless hours to farm a single lead?

It's not about the drop chance, it's about how it's executed, how other people can actively sabotage your try. You can fish with other people, loot is shared on mobs if you contribute any damage, same with world bosses, but nodes dissapears when you pick them up. Also they can be picked up by person on another instance/shard and make them disapear even if you are standing right next to it.
You can share nodes by turning off auto loot and picking them up in order by multiple people, with last person picking them up and only looting the lead, but try to teach that to all other people that camp every possible spawn point.

Reminds me of the movie Shrek: "What are you doing in my swamp??!"

Not sure if the problem is the game or the human race... Human behaviours were...quite a thing to watch today in Shadowfen
more human but also case from which side? players or dev who designed this and released? it is much bigger blame on dev side because they actually could predict this from similiar events before in this game, players frustation, toxicity is only reaction to such flawed system release by devs
and we cant even say devs didnt predict this, they may predicted this and maybe even wanted this for tests or whatsoever or just for their fun to look at players now how they are jumping with knifes to each other becasue of some pixels and human selfiness along with complationism/collectioning/catching meta to get fresh item
human race nature is problematic and this is great showed up by devs here, not by players, players are just reaction of people who are devs of this game with long story and enough experience from this game to know what they can cause by doing what they have done now
The devs aren't responsible for the players who lack manners, self-restraint, and impulse control. Your invested time doesn't guarantee any drops, and that's the fundamentals of any MMO.
Honestly, I'm a bit terrified by the people going postal because of game items that have no impact on real life.
give it a week and this will sort itself out.
Seriously, no one is going to repeat this when they can just reconstruct one for 25 gems. Unless you *need* it tomorrow waiting until next week is the only way to stay sane

My timeframes were must worse:
World Boss: 3 attempts (this is about average for WB leads). - 12 attempts
Fishing: 3rd Fishing Hole (might have got lucky here). - 30 min
Covenant Soldiers: Farmed a small circle for maybe 20 minutes. - 8 hours - worse part for me
ROM: First Run (dungeon boss leads like this seem to be around 30-50%, no issues so for with this type) - 9 runs, I queued on my healer so it was not too bad waiting between runs
Shadowfen Water Plants: 200+ nodes that spawn between 3-10 minutes apart from what I can tell. Took 25 minutes just to find one that was unoccupied. Camped from roughly 4pm-8am with a few short breaks. Took about a dozen trips over the course of a day to find an empty node, then 2 hours of camping
