[BUG Confirmed] Cannot Buy Achievement Furnishing / Finish Surreptitiously Shadowed Achievement

Unable to finish this achievement--I say goodbye to Choixth, but the final step in the achievement never registers. Therefore, the achievement does not complete.
Result: unable to complete quest and get the achievement furnishing.

guarstompemoji✭✭✭✭For anyone else experiencing this, I spoke with ZOS and confirmed it is something that will need fixed on their end.

I see you located the NPC and after talking to them the achievement did not update and completed. As a note due to limitation of tools Customer Support does not have the ability to grant achievement completions or the rewards for them. If the second attempt to complete it did not work it will need to be bug reported so what is causing it can be identified and addressed in a future update for the game.

...I then inquired if there was anything else that I needed to do to submit the bug, and received the generic "here is how to submit a bug" response.
It looks like this is being filed, though, so please keep your fingers crossed, everyone!
