Year 2016, It took me 76 runs to get first vma fire staff, and now once again, still there, same content to dropp the same item perfected version, 22 total runs until now, no staff.

We farmed for vet rewards so we actually do have a claim for vet rewards.

But you are not farming the same perfected weapon. The weapon we used to get in vMA was not perfected and certainly never like the new perfected weapon Zos just added to the game with Greymoor.

Yes we are.
Before clockwork Zenimax removed second property from arena weapons.
And released after "perfected" asylum arena weapons to give them "more value"...
Now, they left all that weapons not converted back, but same veteran content now provide "Perfected" versions.
It's clear scam in 2 steps.

You are leaving out an important fact. Zos did remove the static damage stat and replace it by allowing us to enchant the weapon. The new perfected weapons allow us to choose an enchant and have a static damage stat. There has never been a MA or Master weapon that had both.
So we are in fact farming weapons that have never been in this game and the MA or Master weapons have never offered all that the perfected versions offer today.

Dude i don't mind if i have to farm a weapon if the content is new, but what is pissing me is that i have to redo the same content i already did to the vomit to get the same weapon and yes it is the same weapon because it goes in the same spot of a pve build and i use it for the same purpose. Today 2 runs, 0 fire staff, 24 total runs since new patch.

You forget that fact - they made another set weapons to count as 2 set parts instead of 1 as it was.
So our arena weapons became there underpowered in compare with non arena weapons with time and efforts u had to spend for this.
While it would be nice to never have to do it again the entire point of such a subtle weapon upgrade is to bring players back into old content.

They are not to chose for us, specially not in this way. Giving what was rightfully earned should always have been beyond discussion, instead we are still here to argue.

They simply added another line to the attributes. At the bare minimum, they could have compromised with a token dropped from a new run, so you could "perfect" your current weapon. (Insert the old chestnut about a good compromise leaving everyone unhappy)
I'm still of the mindset that this was handled in about the worst way possible.

The addition of that attribute does make the weapon uniquely different than any previous design of the MA or Master weapon. So yes, it is accurate and appropriate to call the Perfected MA and Master weapons new.
