As for the complaints, I think everybody watched "Fight club"? If their marketing thinks that cost to change/fix something is higher then potential revenue loss from players leaving the game, then they won't fix it.

Following that logic we may only hope that extra capacity, which ZOS added for new players won't be worth downgrading when those newbies will leave.

They do read what we say in here. (Edit: maybe not every bit of text in here, but a lot of it) I believe it. People can either believe it, or don't. If they don't, nothing any player in here says will make a difference.

Once time in the PTS forums and by 1 time.. I mean multiple I spent ~20 hours testing, reporting bugs and made a mega friend w/ repro steps, videos, and information on game breaking bugs. My friends and I were happy and thought maybe these bugs would be fixed before live.

I fixed that for you........I think you meant something you bought from the crown store was not working and was hotfixed immediately.
There is a litany of bugs and not to mention cyrodil and now pve performance that has not been addressed. Sure the devs listen (through their marketing managers) but what gets changed/balanced and their idea of fixed (through the marketing spin) has nothing to do with reality for the player.1 -

By the time it's on PTS - about the only thing they can change without breaking the release schedule is the color of outfits.
Anything more than that or MINOR balancing would cause delays that thy wont bother with unless the new stuff actually causes the servers to smoke and crash.The problem with society these days is that no one drinks from the skulls of their enemies anymore.0 -

It got fixed in 12 hours mostly because there was a syntax error somewhere in the code.
They didn't have to rewrite much, else it would have taken more than 12 hours and a large investment of manhours.The problem with society these days is that no one drinks from the skulls of their enemies anymore.0
