Terribly performing unbearable garbage

A conservative way to describe how cyrodil plays on console. It is ridiculous to think that a title which charges for a base game, yearly “expansions”, dlc and a monthly premium option fee can barely operate, it is unbearable to play and now its to the point where Im not even bothered to farm out monthly campaign rewards. Abilities don’t fire off even after multiple attempts to cast, barswapping can take up to 5 seconds at times, the delay on ult casts feels so incredibly over the top that I often see the animation of the ultimate, I get CCd and my ult bar is still full as my ult didnt fire off, snipe stack desyncs are beyond annoying and it seems that you will receive the damage for up to 3-4 at one moment, All of these are standard the entire time of playing in there. Then to top this off ZOS have decided that healing is the issue? Not the fact that everyone runs around in 50 man+ zergs stacked with healers and everyone with a sword and board equipped, I really do think my time playing ESO will come to an end depending on how performance looks at the launch of Greymoor, because as it sits it is just not fit to play.

But yes, it certainly does feel like it's getting worse. When it was laggy I could at least use my abilities and potions more than I could now. It doesn't even have to be overly laggy and I have to smash my skills multiple times.

Yeah dude, it is what it is. My personal way of fixing this was to cancel ESO + and play different games, then when ZO$ gives us a free ESO+, and IF i feel like playing ESO, then i log in, pvp with my old builds and leave when it ends.
Not gonna spend a single € on this game anymore.
Edit: oh and btw, when i pvp it has to be around 3am of course, otherwise i'm not even gonna bother because i know how bad it will be if i do it in a normal schedule.Edited by Vietfox on April 26, 2020 6:45AM6 -

Yeah, I know. But given that servers were falling during events when population was +20% and now are somewhat working with +85% means that ZOS extended capacity. So maybe when that population will be back to normal, game will be running better. Of course ZOS can reduce capacity to cut costs afterwards... best thing anybody can do now is to cancel ESO+, quit regular playing and wait for better times.2 -

Snipe desync, skills wont go off, bar swap dont work. Break free dont work. Iam stunned, feared , stunned again and i can't use break free before iam dead.
It's unplayable. I tap my ulti, animasjon goes off then i just stand there and hit i hasnt proc. Suddenly iam dead to 5 snipe desync.
Meanwhile zos is busy making New sets, and thinking healing is the problem lol

Corporate accountant: trim capacity to maximize RoE, any uptick in players might be temporary
Marketing: let’s have a sale to attract new players
Players: game doesn’t work, more people will leave then just bought the game to test it out, resulting in an overall loss

I am tech guy, but I had plenty of experience with "accountants" and marketing in several companies to be sure that investment in tech comes only if:
1) system will just stop working at all without it
2) some kickback / money laundering scheme is involved
3) if CEO or other high-level manager need to show off or protect his personal goals0 -

✭✭✭✭✭So most reliable way to upgrade servers is to stop spending at crown store and instead start gathering money on kickstarter, create fake technological contractor, lease specialists somewhere and then make Todd's child/friend CEO of new company with agreement that Todd will upgrade all ESO servers using that company as a contractor and his motivation will be kickbacks from Bethesda to his child/friend. This will work 100%.
