yep 146 gold is nothing. I pay that in sales tax on one item in the trader.Loading screens is what prevents me from using my home as a free transit point.
It bothers me every time to look at the loading screen when I port to my house and then exit the house, and then go to the nearby wayshrine, and then port to another wayshrine within the zone. There are 3 loading screens, that's kind of a fee that I have to pay to be able to port for free. Not a good deal for me, that's why I don't like the idea of "Housing as a free teleport", and I never use it as a free teleport. It just doesn't worth it.
Rimmen?Gold sink, helps curb inflation.I'm not going to pretend to understand the reason why we are charged money to teleport, but I'm going to go out on a limb assume that it has something to do with the nature of wayshrines.
That being said, I'm not particularly bothered by having to spend a little bit of gold to teleport. This isn't the only game that does it. Looking at the responses in this thread, I'm a little dubious of the 'A vast majority of players want this' claim.
so 146 nothing but it is something that curbs inflation. Sorry, it can't be both things. 146 wayshrines doesn't do a thing to curb inflation, it is too insignificant.

Is 146 gold really that expensive for people, i mean unless your porting back to back to back in which I would think after the first port you would be near a wayshrine to port again. Walk and enjoy the scenery its one of the many things that makes this game great.

so you have never been in a dungeon for 2min wait wanting to leave or just killed the boss of a delve and not want to run through the whole delve again to get out?
A vast majority of players want...

Because others just want to go go go. No time to take 4 steps to the left and use a wayshine.

or just remove port fees because - why?
or put a wayshrine in the crown store as a furnishing like so many people asked for.
Hey, if you can buy a portal that Cadwell can use to pop in and do a dance, why can you use a portal to tele out of.
