When people run ahead the only reasonable thing to do is to kick them
My experiences have been vastly different than mentioned here.
I've had people who've helped me be a better tank, told me my role, etc.
I've had people stay and help lower levels do quests, often quite difficult for anyone who doesn't have CP at all.
Overall, most people I've played with have been informative and quite helpful in the community.
I even had one guy who had like 800 CP tell me,
"Tank, you got a bright future ahead of you" as if he were like this really old car mechanic, and I was applying for a job or something lol.

I’ve been kicked right as we begin fighting the last boss for who knows what reason.
I cried every time.
You should be kicked for running ahead. The other players didn't join to be your cheerleaders they joined to participate.
PuG is the perfect environment for the chaos of 4 people 'Playing Their Way". If you want to play with like minded players, create your own group. If you join a PuG, you are at risk of someone not being like minded, and may do things in a way you dislike.
In Non-DLC Normal dungeons (and Some DLC ones) I will happily run ahead and slaughter everything. But! I wait at the bosses. That is my compromise. I won't take away a chance at Gear from the people, and If there is a quest, I stop at the check points and wait to see if anything is doing it. But I will burn through the trash because..well..it's trash. When I can kill Trash with nothing more than 2 quick AoEs, I'm not waiting.
That is essentially my argument. You want to play your way create your own group. You wanna run ahead form a group of people that want to chase you. If you sign up to be a part of a group be a part of that group. You happily running ahead is denying others their chance to enjoy the experience. Might be time for you to step up to vet content if you can't wait for players that are not able to simply AoE trash on the way by.
Thats what I meant about the chaos of “play your own way”. I want to play a certain way, but you also want to play a certain way. The two others may want to play their way. But in a PuG, it is basically “anything goes”. Out of 4 players, whos way should you play?
The answer most will choose is, their own way.
In a PuG you suck it up and go with the flow. Otherwise you can leave and create your own group.

This is an easy one to answer. You queue as a group you play as a group.

how about q ppl at the same lv i am tired of q as tank for dlc pledges and ending op with a 2 cp 200 dps who dont know the mechanics and hit like a wet noodles. and this is not to be elitist but it is a wast of time to try and carry them true since thy dont have any chance to hit the dps that is needed and thy dont know the mechanics and 90% thy dont speak a word of English so you cant progress and you end op leaving

But... most people queue solo. And the problems arise in groups where 4 people queue solo.

Running ahead should be allowed ONLY if they bulldoze everything along the way. Then it's called a carry.

Those other players didn't join to run through an empty tunnel. It isn't a carry and shouldn't be tolerated.

I didn't even complain about their trash dps cuz it is normal.
They have issue with tank doing nothing other than poking the boss.

Doing nothing other than poking the boss? That is the silliest thing I have ever heard. If you are DPS then do DPS. If you cannot do DPS then play another game.

Srsly zos, this dungeon finder is so anti tank. Can we please have a 2 tier que so i get to play with half decent players only?
Spare me some pain, so i don't need to deal with these ppl. I don't see toxic elitist, all i see is entiled potato abuse the system.
80 percent of the time, toxicity comes from end-game players. Max-level or high-level. Elitists. Most toxicity comes from them. I've seen it and had guild members talk to me about it thousands of times.
As you have shown, though, and as I have already stated, toxicity in this game is from everywhere and everyone. There are plenty of toxic new players. There are plenty of toxic players with 5k dps. There are plenty of toxic tanks, healers, and dps.
Toxicity in this game is rampant. But elitists and max level or high-level end-game players make up the majority by far. The toxicity of high level elitists and end-game PvE or PvP players is disturbing
It's not "toxicity" just because someone refused to carry you.

Yeah.
I think a lot of ESO's group finder problems could be solved overnight if people just accepted that they play better as tank/healer.
I firmly believe most sub-par DPS players would perform quite well in tank/healer roles, if only they were willing to make the switch.

The other dps? 3k max. He was using Bandit UI with damage so I could see the exact number. It just wasn't going to happen.
35K group DPS is more than enough for that fight. You probably missed some mechanics such as killing the bubbles that heal the boss.
That's the problem with DPS-obsessed players : they don't know mechanics.
