I got it while trying to load a character from character selection screen.
I got it while staring at the login screen and not doing anything.
I also now got it when I changed server to NA and then to EU - without doing anything else. So as soon as I changed back to EU server (and did nothing more), I got error that account is already logged in ...Just because it's EU

✭well, todays latest 'hot fix' hasn't worked either.
infinite loading screen and now can't log back into the game.
Error messages are totally unrelated to the issue.

It's not just the EU server - I'm on NA, and I'm enjoying my Error 304 lockout as well.0 -
